    Hi,
    I'm looking for a house or apartment share with some easy going social people.
    Ideally it would have off street parking and be within walking distance to Alewife station or Davis square.
    It would have a decent size bedroom like 15' x 12' and some decent natural lighting.
    I have plenty of furniture so ideally I'd bring some of it, but could put the rest in storage.
    It might work best for me to look a new place with roommates rather than an established place,
    but either could work. Private bathroom would be a bonus.

    I'm doing a Postdoc just outside Boston and need a place for at least a year staring June 1st. I'm moving from Virginia.
    At first, I'll be pretty quiet as I finish writing my thesis, but will want to adventure around Boston some after that.
    I'm easy going and can enjoy anything other fun people are doing. Right now I like watching rugby,
    going to the gym, playing basketball, golfing, and good beer. I keep things low key on weeknights and am
    not a fan of frequent large parties, but enjoy them on occasions like Halloween or St Patrick's day if someones throwing one.
    I'm neat in common spaces, but don't expect my bedroom to be so neat. I like the idea of hiring cleaners
    for common spaces to remove that potential stress between room mates. I like a fairly warm home, 70-72 in the winter
    so would like a place that includes heat in the rent or is at least well insulated. I don't have any pets, but don't mind if you do.

    I'm sure I'm forgetting all kinds of stuff. I'm pretty flexible and easy going so if this sounds remotely close to what you're looking for
