Personal Trainer $20/session- Boxing, Running, Circuits (Boston)

Pricing:
I live in Dorchester, near the intersection of Columbia Rd. and Dorchester Ave. If you can come to my area, I only charge 20$ per session.
If I have to travel to you by the T (since I do not have a vehicle), I charge 35$ per session.
Reason for this is that it takes, on average, at least 45 min (each way!) to get somewhere on the T. So for a 1 hour session, I'm actually spending almost 2 additional hours just sitting on a train.

Sessions:
First session will be about 75+ minutes in length, so I can get history, body stats, health goals, etc. After that, each session will be 60 min. I'm charging $ per session. If you're already a member of a gym we can go to your gym and train, but you must cover any "guest fees", if there are any.

I've worked at several gyms as a personal trainer. I teach general fitness, boxing, pre and post natal, kettlebells, weight training and more. I've trained kids, elderly, and everything in between. I also have a degree in exercise physiology and nutrition. I'm looking for people who want a personal trainer, but can't afford the gym rates; as they charge way to much, let's be honest. Even if you're already an athlete, I can write you a program to overcome any plateaus you may have.

ACOUSTIC guitar lessons (West Medford)

Ksenia has been teaching guitar since 1996 to beginner and advanced students. Lessons are tailored to the student’s interests and skill level. Lessons include both individual training and group workshops to develop the student’s ability to play with others and sing while playing.

Emphasis is on playing enjoyable music right away rather than sight reading. Ksenia teaches numerous styles including those of the Indigo Girls, Lucinda Williams, Ryan Adams, and Patty Griffin.

Several of Ksenia’s students have gone on to professional music careers, such as Laura Vecchione (now recording her second album), and Abbie Gardner (member of Red Molly). She also teaches celebrity and VIP clients at their home or studio.
