Fatuous Love = Passion and commitment. This is where two come together and and rarely share anything other than passion and know each wants the other and will not have passion with anyone else and share resources. Like an apartment and bill paying.

Compassionate Love = Intimacy and commitment. Passsion is low, although these two sometimes do the wild thing out of nessecity of the animalistic nature. One or the other or both don't share a high regard for the passion but it's there.

EMPTY LOVE= Very high commitment. No passion or intimacy. This is like two parents that are seperated or divorced, but are committed to raising their child and being in the child's life.

Romantic Love= High passion and high intimacy but no commitment. Romantic love is common.

Infatuated Love = there is high passion here. low intimacy and low commitment. these relationships are usually ONE NIGHT STANDS.

Liking somebody = High intimacy, you talk a lot. there is no passion, maybe some petting usually not. There is no commitment. Usually because one or the other feels fear of some sort.

Now you know what I'm talking about. I don't expect you to be able to memorise this stuff, but you might want to change your terminology. If you are a guy, you need to know that women KNOW these differences in LOVE.
