• Assists with ongoing resident relations throughout occupant’s tenancy by ensuring occupant’s requests are responded to promptly and accurately.
• Responsible for shopping competitive properties.
• Inspects buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and alerts Maintenance to items that need to be repaired.
• Assists with processing work order requests for residents and ensures work is completed in a timely manner.
• Supports management by providing clerical support such as answering phone calls, filing, and processing property invoices, as needed.
• May be asked to assist with planning and implementing resident activities in order to increase resident retention.
• Participates in Company-provided training such as fair housing, safety, non-discrimination, and harassment prevention.
• Complies with all Company National Standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws.



Education and/or Experience

- Maintains knowledge of market conditions and develops and implements resident retention, marketing, and advertising programs
- Manages resident issues such as neighbor disputes, renewal terms, and maintenance repairs
- Manages vendor selection and vendor relations, so as to ensure quality performance
- Communicates with supervisor and property owners regarding the overall function of the property
- Ensures excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants, and promotes a quality living experience for all residents

    Sales

    One of our company's valuable assets is our Internet presence. Through our website anyone can search the databases of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and the Listing Information Network (LINK). These give access to almost every sales listing in the metro Boston area. In addition, our seller's properties are individually listed on our company's website where viewers will see a description and pictures of the property. And, our buyers receive emails with listings that match their individual criteria e.g. location, price, square footage, bedrooms, parking, and other amenities.

    Rentals

    Our office uses a custom, computerized listing system which allows all of our agents to search for apartments quickly and efficiently. Through this customized system, our agents set up rental clients to receive automatic emails with listings that match the client's needs such as number of bedrooms, availability date, and price. Also, our company's website, has hundreds of rental listings, many with pictures, updated throughout the day. Our company has apartments available throughout the year.
