It is built for people weighing 100 - 230 lbs. It has a custom built bulkhead and an upgraded back brace. I have searched high and low online and the average used price for this model is $300 - $350 by itself.

This paddle is light with a carbon shaft and nylon blades. The padded handles make it easy to orient yourself and roll back to the surface when you are underwater. This paddle sells for $119 new. Pyrana 230 Kayak and Gear (South Boulder) $450

Great introductory kayak and has great performance values. The gear includes full "ultralight" carbon fiber paddle (normally a $500 value alone), medium/small skirt, and a brand new life vest. Inside the kayak is an air bladder, fresh water bladder, and an emergency folding paddle. There are some small scratches that are aquired from light use and do not effect the performance.
