Photographers assistant / Intern (Boulder, CO)

Looking for passionate intern to intern in location based commercial shoots. I am not looking for some one who already thinks they know it all. I love teaching and fueling peoples passion for photography. I will train the right person to see and create lighting with strobes, HMI , and shaping. daylight. I will show you how to go from concept to final image with accuracy and mastery. All I ask is that you show up ON TIME truly have a passion to learn, willingness to aid in anyway you can, and ALWAYS treat the client with courtesy and respect.

large scale artwork needed (Boulder)

This is my 2nd posting for this project, as my first artist has disappeared after accepting the opportunity.

I have a 6ft x 6ft piece of artwork that I am returning to the original owner after it being on loan to me for 2 years. The piece is contemporary - similar to a Mark Rothko piece. The new piece does not need to be abstract or contemporary -- but the house has a "Dwell" magazine feel -- so this just happened to be perfect for the space.

I need to fill this space on my wall. If you have a piece that you are willing to part with... please email me photographs and your contact info. It MUST be 5ft x 5ft - or larger. Our budget is $500 or less. Sorry - no commissioned pieces. I must be able to pick-up piece within 7 days.

Clothing line from scratch (longmont)

Looking for an individual who has the motivation and the resources to build off an idea. Someone who has the capability to produce high quality screen printed articles in a timely manner but would work with me for financial reasons. I have great ideas and a strong will to succeed with these ideas. This line will have flavors derived from hip hop, gangsta rap and techno among the few.

Art for Poverty Awareness Event (Glenn Miller Ballroom- CU)

If you have created any art that relates to the theme of addressing and raising awareness about poverty, hunger, and homelessness then we’d love to display it as part of our event. Email us with submissions and please include the medium of the piece (photography, painting, film, music, written or spoken poetry, etc.), how it relates to the theme, the length or size required for display, and an attachment with a photo of the piece. Submissions will be considered on a first come basis. Details of the event are below.

It’s time to confront the truth. Poverty is a reality, but it can be helped. Join the Volunteer Resource Center as we address and raise awareness about poverty, hunger, and homelessness through many mediums of art.
