JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting customers and performing various service oriented transactions while adhering to all corporate and in store operational and safety guidelines.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED:
•High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
•1 to 2 years cash handling experience preferred.
•Exceptional customer service skills.
•Computer literacy skills, word processing, ten key Internet and email.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Will provide exceptional customer service to every customer while communicating and implementing store policies and procedures.
•Conduct all types of customer transactions and services. (Transactions include: cashing checks, payday loans, installment loans, selling money orders, wire fund transfers, selling phone cards and other products and services.)
•Will follow check cashing guidelines; ask for approval on all checks that are over the Teller limit; ask for approval to turn down checks. .
•Will adhere to loan guidelines; ask for approval to turn down any loan customer.
•Will adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
•Follows instructions given by the manager, district, regional, and corporate personnel
•Data entry and account maintenance.
•Administrative/clerical duties such as; faxing, copying, filing and etc...
•Will ensure the store is clean and will perform the necessary cleaning duties to maintain a clean workplace
•Performs other duties as assigned.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Fluency in English necessary for the appropriate level of communication both within and outside of the Department – in reading, writing, and speaking.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Significant proficiency in basic math functions, as regularly needed in performing procedural transactions, is necessary.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to think clearly and reason, particularly in a business accounting and financial setting is a necessary attribute for the position.

The phone line is open 24/7 and agents set their own hours from home to suit their schedules. Agents use our internet based phone and order entry platform to answer customer calls and input customer orders. It’s a fun product line and our customers are nice. Systems are easy to set up and understand. Calls are warm, with people looking to order. No outbound cold calling!
Contract agents earn commissions on sales which are calculated on a weekly basis and vary depending upon the amount of weekly sales. The more orders you take, the higher your commission. Reps have earned more than $5,000 a month.
