Live in nanny/housekeeper (Boulder/Longmont)

I am looking for a live in nanny/housekeeper. The hours will be relatively flexible - most weeks about 10-15 hours and we can discuss the specifics that can suit both our needs. My kids are older - they are both boys in 1st and 2nd grade. They are in school from 8:15 until 3:30 during the week. I mostly need help with cleaning and with the boys on the weekends when I want to go for a bike ride or need to run errands. I am a single mom with full custody. I have an extra car that the nanny can also use, but must maintain and carry their own insurance if using for personal use.

I am a professional who works from home in the Information Technology field. I usually just work while the kids are in school and some evenings.

My home is very nice and large and offers a private suite on a separate floor for the live-in as well as a garage space.

Duties will include watching the boys for a few hours during the week and on weekends, occasionally driving them to football/lacrosse/swim practice, occassional homework help, and housework (errands, cleaning, and laundry).

I am very neat and clean and like a tidy home and would like my live-in to be the same. I also would like an active person willing to take the boys outside often.

I do travel occasionally without the boys (2-3 times per year for work, and 2-3 times per year for pleasure and triathlon racing) and would like to have my live-in watch the boys full-time for that period.

Sorry, but I am not interested in a live-out person or someone with their own children living with them.

It pays $1,548 dollars per month approximate 32,000 square feet including a trailer. Approximately ¾ is office and the rest is warehouse/industrial. Starts December 1, 2009. The selected contractor must have knowledge of maintaining VCT tile floor. Equipment provided except floor buffer.

DOG SITTING/HOUSE SITTING (BOULDER)

DOG/HOUSE SITTING THAT FEELS LIKE VACATION! We’re looking for a dog lover to live in and care for our 2 beagles and take care of our house – house that feels like a mountain vacation cabin yet still in Boulder. Right outside Boulder city limits yet still on bus lines, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath house. 47” flat screen with full Comcast cable and all movie channels – will be getting paid to feel like you’re on vacation! Dogs – Cleo and Jack – need ‘live in’ care. Housebroken, gentle, loving dogs. They can be left alone for 4-6 hours at a time but they are used to someone being here – they’re lap dogs! Need a responsible, dog lover to take them out – without letting them get loose – dog run in back yard – walks on nice days. Food and water left out for the day. House sitting includes brining in mail, feeding fish, light housework (clean up after yourself) – MAINLY LOVING THE DOGS. Thursday, November 26th thru Wednesday, December 2nd. Wage is negoiatable – depends on experience, references, amount of work willing to take on.
