Openings at Reputable N. Boulder Preschool (North Boulder)

I'm moving out of town and leaving behind a wonderful preschool. Even though my child wasn't potty trained, the preschool took my son in and treated him like family (It serves ages 2 1/2 - 6). The preschool usually is filled to capacity with a long waiting list, but recently spots have opened up due to the economy.

It is centered on buddhist ideals and offers wholesome, organic snacks, mixed-age play, arts, crafts, etc. My son loves it there. It is located near Folsom and Iris.

her choreography has been presented at Oberlin College,
Annex Theater, Cornish College, and SFDI. She will be
starring in a dance film due out in late 2009 titled “Parts
Don’t Work.” Bianca began her training in ballet and
Graham Technique in 1995 at the Chicago Academy for the
Arts. She continued training at the Alvin Ailey School and
the Martha Graham Center until finishing a BFA in dance at
Cornish College of the Arts.

Photography Studio Space – North Boulder Cooperative studio led by Benjamin D. Buren of Alive Studios ( http://www.AliveStudios.Com ) currently has space available for professional & semi-professional photographers. Shooting in this fully equipped and very comfortable studio will surely impress your clients! Rent is between $150 and $250 per month depending on your needs, and our scheduling availability. The cooperative studio provides much more than just a shooting location. Our group of professional and semi-professional photographers (visit the Alive Studios Blog - http://www.alive-studios.blogspot.com) love to hang out and talk shop. Once every few months we all get together to show our latest work, drink some wine, and talk about crazy photography experiences. The goal is to inspire and be inspired. Many of our members joined as much for this benefit as for a shooting space.

The studio is designed around a concept of providing multiple shooting stages for a single photographer and can handle groups up to 10 people utilizing our 12’ seamless paper backdrop/stage area. An additional 9’ seamless paper backdrop area provides an alternative shooting setup. The 9’ stage area can be lit by natural light provided from above skylights and is perfect for shooting two and three dimensional artwork in natural light.


Inside the Studio:




The surrounding area in North Boulder (address is 4593 Broadway – intersection of Broadway and Yarmouth across from Amante Coffee) also provides great industrial shooting locations for those clients that want both Studio and Outdoor shots. Additionally, Foothills Community Park is just a couple minutes from the studio. Across the street is the infamous coffee shop and wine bar, Amante and three doors down is one of the best restaurants in Boulder, 4580, as well as a Subway if you are so inclined.

The studio is completely set up to walk in and start shooting. Facilities and equipment lists include:

I've been looking for a new way to live in Boulder, SF, Ned, Penn, LA. Dtway, and I am at a loss. I want to form a new community. one that will prosper and will grow. The old ideals of the past have left us. I and a few others have resources but no organization. There has been an all out attack on Medical Marijuana Caregivers, dispensaries and growers by the news media, legislators, and the courts. Laws regarding the cultivation, transportation, and dispensation of MMJ are about to be written by those who are ignorant of the medicinal benefits to people in pain, and are prejudiced by a century of propoganda. Medical Marijuana regulations should be clarified and in place to protect everybody involved from the grower, and dispensary to the patient and their caregiver. We have a 6 year old Red Fronted Macaw for sale, Eclipse. He comes with living cage which is an Avian Adventurous Grande Bird Cage, his travel cage, food, and plenty of toys, and bowls to play with. His toys are blocks of painted wood and leather straps safe for birds. He is very playful and loves women, children, and of course nice guys. We are a young married couple, thankful for what we have. Thanksgiving is a time for family and friends to be together, sharing good food and making great memories.

Aid African Villagers - community service project (your own neighborhood)

The Zambian Soap Company, based here in Boulder, is looking for interested teachers, students, faith youth group leaders, and other community youth leaders involved with young people to participate in an exciting service project. Without ever leaving your own neighborhood, your students can make a difference among the villages of rural Africa.
