5) Examine inbound shipments for purchase order compliance and process non-purchase order shipments according to the identified requirements. Generate receiving discrepancies for distribution to the applicable organizations and maintain the associated documentation.

6) Operate Government vehicles to deliver and pick-up shipments from the facilities. Perform daily inspections of the vehicles, identify and document deficiencies and coordinate the scheduling of repairs with the Shipping & Receiving Team Lead.

7 Document the receipt, processing and delivery of shipments in the Inbound Shipment Manifest System (Microsoft-Excel). Review entries within the Inbound Shipment Manifest System, identify data entry errors and coordinate corrective actions with the Shipping & Receiving Team Lead.

8) Process outbound shipments in compliance with the established procedures and perform functions utilizing the required computerized freight carrier shipping systems. Review outbound shipments to validate accurate destination identification and coordinate the export control license review requirements with the applicable organizations.

Water Damage Technician
First responder for water damage emergencies in residential and commercial buildings. Work in teams of two to handle water losses large and small and restore our customers’ peace of mind under trying circumstances. We are on call 24-7 to respond to our customers and clients emergency water damage events.
You will be trained as an entry level technician in the techniques and equipment used in water damage mitigation and restorative drying. We are looking for people who will project our values of integrity and accountability, professionalism, and customer service. Technicians will be cross-trained in other areas of our business (smoke and odor removal, specialty services, etc.)
Job duties:
Respond positively and helpfully to water damage emergencies, reviewing paperwork and procedures with customer/property owner on site. Conduct thorough inspection of loss with instruments to determine source, flow, and spread of water. Inform customer of findings.
Remove as much water as possible using truck-mounted units and specialty tools. Evaluate affected surfaces for remove/restore decisions. Protect personal property and/or remove from affected area.
Install drying system using air movers, dehumidifiers, heating applications, and specialty drying tools.
Capture data necessary to document the loss including surface readings and atmospheric readings.
Diagram the loss with detailed and accurate measurements.
Document all activities on the loss with notes, recordings, and photographs so estimator can capture all pertinent charges for the work.
Schedule:
M-F, 7:30 start, alternating with week in which you work M-Sat (Sat start 8am) with day off during week. Technicians are all on call 24-7-365, but a rotating schedule is maintained so that teams of techs have primary on-call responsibilities for a day or two during the week and on alternating weekends. Technicians called into work after hours are paid double-time. Being on-call and available is not an option, it is an absolute job requirement and our standing with our clients depends on it. Overtime work will frequently be required.
Advancements and pay increases are based on training advancement and contribution to the team, depend largely on work ethic and attitude. We are looking for technicians who have good customer service skills, who present a good, professional appearance, and who can project to customers in difficult circumstances that they enjoy being there to help out.

The Yellow Scene magazine, the North Metro's largest publication is seeking a part time driver/distribution assistant. Approx. 6-8 hours a week between administrative and actual distribution. There are two parts to the job. The first being a monthly delivery driver, the second assisting the distribution manager with adding new drops, spot checks, updating counts, etc. The job is physical and does require lifting of heavy tubs of magazines. The driver work is sweaty, and requires a fair amount of stop and go with your car, but the money is good for the hours. Once familiar with the route, the job should take approximately two days to complete. Driver pay is by the drop plus gas, but routes pay APPROXIMATELY $200-$250 monthly, depending on quantity of drops in route. Administrative work is hourly plus bonuses. While the work is flexible, scheduling around our press time is imperative and weekday availability a must. Great work for a part time student, and as an A&E publication there are a fair amount of added perks, like free tickets, concerts, restaurants, and other little goodies thrown in for the hard working individual. from the last posting i got a fabulous young woman, who just gave notice, (d'OH! she got a full time job in her field.) so it's back to the drawing board.

the ideal candidate would be:
meticulous, cheerful, hard-working, (sometimes we have to go very fast,) a good communicator, responsible, reliable...essentially just fabulous all around. cleaning experience a big plus. must speak english.

the schedule: Wed-Fri tends to be busy. there is often a 2 hr. (unpaid) break in the middle of the day (11-1), and the day is usually done by 4, but can start as early as 8. sometimes there are also jobs mon & tues afternoons. best candidates would be free all of these times.. but being free for most of them could work too. 10-20 hrs./wk. .. could move to more, or less, (depending on how much/fast this keeps growing, and how many workers we wind up having on our team.)

11/hr. to start., *immediate* raise to 12 if you work out. Further raises not too far off.
If I can make the math work out, I'd like you to be making at least 15.
