Young professional looking (Boulder)

Thanks for looking at my post. I am currently looking for a great situation that will benefit you and I. I am a young professional that is looking for a room in your house (prefer a floor or the livable basement) that would hold my furniture, bed, ect. Any other items may be put in a storage unit. I would like to find a person that travels a lot, either for work, or vacation w/e, but would want someone responsible and reliable to upkeep the house while living in it. From experience, when a home is left unused, things seem to break down very quickly. Granted since I don't know you, or you know me maybe we could meet up and get a feel for one another, grab a beer, or lunch. I am a not in a situation where I need to move in immediately so we could make sure this would work before jumping into something that one of us wishes had not happened. Like I mentioned I am responsible, with a good credit score, pay bills on time (no late penalties) never been evicted, and over all am a reliable trustworthy person. I have never been convicted of anything - no felonies, I don't smoke cigarettes and am a social drinker, but nothing you need to worry about. I am not drug dependent, but do smoke 420 once a month maybe but I am no stoner or dead head (not that there's anything wrong with that -Seinfeld reference) - and can take a walk when doing that so it is not in the house (just being as honest as possible).

In all I would prefer a place that has no children, I really don't feel like being made into a queasy babysitter, and if you have pets that is fine by me. I especially love dogs. I work a 40 + hour week as an outside salesman, and have two vehicles, one personal and one work vehicle. When it comes to rent I would prefer a flat rate, which would include utilities and cable ect, so I can just write you a check every month and we are good to go. I mentioned before about getting to know each other, and I would assume (if I were you I would do this to every candidate) you would want a credit, work (paycheck), previous living references, and background check. All of which I have no issues complying to because I have nothing to hide.

When it comes to me personally, I am a outgoing, big friendly guy. I like sports - basketball specifically, volleyball, snowboarding. I try and stay active as much as possible, and enjoy movies, books, poker nights, music (play guitar and a little piano), and video games.

OT Student Seeks Spring Semester Housing (near B bus route)

I am 28, very responsible, easy-going, clean, peaceful, tolerant, do not smoke, drink socially, and literally get along with just about everyone. I specifically planned my internship so that I would have the opportunity to hike and ski as frequently as possible. I am also scoping out whether or not I'd like to stay in CO long term. My aunt has a place in Crested Butte (5hrs SW of Denver) so I will be visiting her on the occasional weekend for some good skiing.

I am interested in things related to nature, art, health, and sports. I currently live in an intentional community with 6 other people (we share food, chores, resources, cook weekly dinners, host monthly potlucks, play music together, etc.), and we all get along really well (you can contact them as references if you'd like). Most basically I need only a place to sleep and study, but would greatly enjoy making friends as well.

I have a Spring internship and will be moving to the Boulder area from Philadelphia. My internship is from January to the end of March. I will be working with the Children's Hospital in Denver (Westminster campus) as an occupational therapy grad student and have been planning to take public transit to work (B bus from south boulder to westminster) - so please let me know if your place is on or near the B bus route.
