I'll be studying Spring semester 2010 at CU and would like to swap living spaces. The ideal time frame would be early January until mid-May, but that is negotiable.

What I have to offer:

• 1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom/2bath house in Manoa Valley, 1 mile from UH Manoa campus.

• 3 roommates who like to cook, watch the Daily Show, and hang out when they get home from work/school.

• 2 roommates are PhD students, one is a working professional. All of them pay rent and utilities on time.

• If you are licensed, you are welcome to use my motorcycle (600cc 1997 Kawasaki cruiser-style). It's the perfect island transportation!

• The house is fully stocked, and the room I am offering has a full-sized Futon, closet, desk, and dresser.

What I am looking for:

• A bedroom (could be studio or contained in an apartment or house) that is walking/biking distance to Univ. of Colorado campus in Boulder.

• Reasonably social roommates.

• Preferably at least partially furnished.

• Rent around the same as what I'm offering.

Our San Francisco Bay Area for your Boulder (Marin County (Fairfax)) 2bd

We're looking to swap our house in the San Francisco Bay Area for a 2-3 bedroom home in Boulder the weekend of December 19th (Thursday/Friday through Sunday). We're meeting family in Boulder for the holiday and would like a place that could accommodate 2-3 couples. We live in a small suburb about 20 minutes north of San Francisco and 75-90 southwest of Napa/Sonoma. We're close to many hiking/biking/running trails, the ocean and local restaurants. We live on a hill so there are 15-20 stairs leading up to our house.
