1979 BMW R65 Classic AirHead (Longmont)

Excellent mpg touring bike. Purchased from original owner (close friend of mine) in 2008, this classic airhead is basically a time-machine that had the original tires on it when I bought it. It has had $4k in service in the past 12 months including, but not limited to: all new transmission seals, new oil-pan gasket, new front shock seals with new progressive springs, rebuilt carburetors with new diaphragms, new Laser Tech tires, new BMW battery, new brake master cylinder (can accommodate 2nd front disk for future upgrade), and much more. This is a 30 year old motorcycle that is completely original, other than all the recent service work. All records document service. It runs beautifully with no oil leaks. Original owner transitioned all fluids to synthetics many years ago. Includes original owners manual, sales brochure from '79, and chrome, rear case rack that is specific to this model. Also has wrap-around engine covers. This motorcycle was always garaged, and the paint, chrome and powder-coating are in very good condition. Genuine Buddy Scooter-Pink 50cc (Boulder) $600

Yes the price is right!!! This scoot has had a bit of a tough life... It's former owner had 2 scoots and this one was the spare scoot for guest use... needless to say it was in an accident but is drivable. Basic info it is a Genuine Buddy Scooter, 50cc, light pink with white seat, black front basket and luggage rack (no bag) on the back. This is an AS IS sale and these are all the problems it has to the best of my knowledge... the front fork is slightly bent, but you can still drive it, both mirrors broken off, right break lever is bent and someone tried to steal it by popping the ignition out so that will have to be replaced ASAP about $150 repair at Sportique. I did get it started recently but it has been sitting for awhile since the attempted theft. And last but not least the back tire is flat. It sounds like a ridiculous mess but with a little TLC she'll be great again! Thanks for looking.

BMS PINNACLE 150CC (Fort Collins) $450

Bought this awesome scooter just a few years ago, used to ride it to work, and every where else in town. Left town for a month and let my girlfriend take it to work. She claims that when she rode it to work it rained so now there is problems with the electrical system. The battery doesn't seem to stay charged, even buying a new battery would be a good idea. This scooter is really great, and can go up to 45-50 mph. Would be worth it for the few extra dollars to fix it, especially if you know how to fix things of this sort. I just do not have the time any more, busy with work, moving, and packing.

BMW corbin seat /6, /7, /5 (gunbarrel boulder) $200

Corbin seat that is made to fit a BMW airhead /6 or /7 and also will fit a /5 lwb airhead motorcycle. I had it on my /5 and you can see it fits accept for the space between the tank. (I planned to fill it with black foam rubber, but found a different seat for my bike). There is a tear as seen in the pictures. The backrest is a reynolds and the pad is new and never used, and matches the corbin great. This is a corbin seat and I found it so much more comfortable than my stock seat. 2006 GSX-R 750 Blue/White (Boulder) $5500

Would be perfect condition if seat cowl hadn't flown off once as the result of me having a sweatshirt under seat preventing the cowl from locking down. (picture of seat cowl below, replacement cost about $65.00) Otherwise, Perfect condition. All stock (except new tires) I did remove the rear fender as well. Bike has had new tires installed, oil changed, filters changed, chain adjustment and lube all in the last 100 miles. (Bike has about 6500 miles on it.) Never been dropped and always garage kept.

Runs very well! Small moderate scratches on the right decal. Exhaust has tiny, tiny hole near the front which doesn't affect the torque any. It's just more annoying than anything. Nothing a spot welder can't fix. Back tire has approximately 30 miles of wear from trail riding. Font tire has significantly more but still in good condition. I cleaned the air filter every other ride.
All in all, it's a very sharp looking bike that runs extremely well!!!

I am selling this bike with matching gray full face modular helmet and riding jacket (with removable liner), very nice tank bag with cover and matching gray and black riding gloves.

You must look close to see any cosmetic damage (the previous owner ran the front tire over a parking curb and cracked the lower chin fairing. Unless you look for it, you'll never notice. There are a few scuffs on the windshield that were there when I bought it. Also, the black plastic air guides on the sides are a little scratched. Seat is 100% perfect. No dents or scratches on the body.

Purchased from a Houston, TX police officer who was the original owner I think. It has extras including aftermarket locking hard side bags (which are better looking than the stock ones), tinted headlight, small weather station, clock, fuel gauge, tank protector, dual gove boxes, hazards, and removable aftermarket graphics.

This "Connie" is well mantained and in very good condition. It runs and starts perfectly, needs nothing and is ready to go. Lots of power, fast and agile, very comfortable for long or short trips and handles great. No leaks. No oil usage.

The scooter has too storage compartments, one under the seat, and one that is on the back that could be detached. There is some superficial damage on the body and a few scrapes on the paint.
