Local company looking to partner with dependable qualified representatives. We have a large number of homes that need maintained.



This job requires sub-contractors that have handyman skills, tools, access to a truck and general knowledge of property preservation.



Most properties will require basic winterizing, grass cuts and lock replacement. Others may require complete home transformation and cleanouts. Sub-contractors will be required to carry insurance to bid on more specific home improvements.

Experienced sitters needed Oct 23,24 and 25th..Must be over 18 (Holiday Inn University Plaza)

We are needing experienced sitters to work an event we have at the Holiday Inn this weekend. The hours are October 23, 630pm to 9 pm, October 24, 8am to 12 noon, October 25, 8am t 11 am.
There will be a large group of kids and approx. 15 sitters. This is for an Army event.

The pay is $10.00 an hour and you will be paid by check in about 3 weeks. We can not pay until the military pays us. We are a nanny agency and this is a real job and we are a legitimate business.

If you can work all 3 days we prefer that however if you can only work Saturday and Sunday that is fine to.
