We are looking to swap our northern California house for a place in Brisbane AU in December 2010 (for the whole month of December, dates approx. 12/1/10-1/2/11). Our house is one hour north of San Francisco in the heart of wine country. We are surrounded by many wineries, including Kendall-Jackson, Sausal, Coppola, Korbel, etc. House is a 4 bedroom large home, fully furnished, gourmet kitchen, large backyard w/ spa, has wireless internet, entertainment and dining areas, all linens included. Includes use of washer and dryer, appliances such as coffeemaker and all kitchen amenities...basically everything you need for a very comfortable vacation for a month. We're looking for similar in Brisbane area for December 2010. Also available as a vacation rental at daily rate of $250, weekly $1500.

US Qantm Student Seeking 2-Year Accommodation (Brisbane) $210

I am transferring to Qantm Brisbane in February from a University in the USA. I am at a loss as to where to start to find affordable international student accommodations, as Qantm does not provide on-campus options.
