Point of Contact Position

Reports to: AFN Coordinator
Key relationships: Consultants / Finance / Project Managers
Goal: The Point of Contact will be mainly responsible for providing support to the team of Consultants that are part of the Axialent Faculty Network.
Location: Capital Federal - Buenos Aires
Travel needs: No

Main Responsibilities:
• Point of contact: this person will be the point of contact of the consultant regarding any work-related issue he/she may have. This includes urgent requests, keeping track of the consultant’s personal information in our SharePoint, helping with proposals, and potentially dealing with clients.
• Internal and External Client Liaison: connect the consultant to the different stakeholders in the back office.
• Logistic Arrangements & Agenda Support: coordinate and support the logistics of different events; keep track of the Consultant’s Readiness Program; support him with the scheduling of coaching sessions, etc.
• Administrative tasks: Take care of administrative tasks such as keeping track of paperwork, money reimbursement, expenses, Time Projection, reports.

Requirements:
• Studying an University career (preferably Humanistic background)
• Experience in the Customer Service area or as an Executive Assistant.
• Good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• Bilingual / Advanced English level.
• It is a Monday to Friday, Part-time position (5hs / 6hs // 9-15hs)

We are looking for an Intern to start as soon as possible. This internship includes Spanish language classes at no cost. The ideal candidate has to be already living in Buenos Aires and needs to be motivated and energetic.

Requirements:
- American, Dutch or German nationality.
- To be young, dynamic and motivated.
- Beginner level of Spanish.
