Abandoned Puppies Available (Hipodromo)

There are four cute puppies in a small enclosure on Libertador between Ortega y Gasset and Kansas restaurant. On the Hipodromo side of the street
A sign says they were abandoned there. Three are black-colored siblings and the other looks like a little sheep dog puppy.
They are all very friendly and playful but also crying and very much in need of a new home.

Please go visit them if you are interested in adopting a dog.
