Summary
Dependent on qualifications*, the warehouse worker will work in processes of receiving, will calls, sheet pulling, loading and material handling for operators, grinding of finished parts, or drilling holes as needed in the warehouse while adhering to all company safety rules and regulations.

The Team Leader or designated representative will train employee utilizing Job Qualification Requirements (JQR) in all assigned areas. Operation of equipment such as cranes, forklifts and side loaders, will not be allowed until a JQR is signed off by the Team Leader or Supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Verifies accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment and delivers or routes materials to departments, using work devices, such as hand truck, forklift or crane in accordance with receiving’s Standard Operating Procedures,(SOP) and Certified company load standards (CKS).

Deburs and finishes parts utilizing grinders and timesaver machine and stacks, tags, and packages all products by predetermined sequence of size, type, style, color, or product code.

Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to production workers or shipping department, maintaining CKS and inventory accuracy.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; Working knowledge of all measuring tools/equipment; Previous experience with Kasto, Side loaders, Sheet splitters, Forklifts, and cranes is preferred.

Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Mathematical Skills
Good math skills are essential. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; Must be able to pass the company basic measuring test.

Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Other Skills and Abilities
