Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Social Work or equivalent degree in a related field.
- Two to four years experience working in a social services field.
- Experience interpreting and instituting program guidelines.
- Experience providing direct services, for example; case worker, social worker, employment counselor, etc.
- A passion for resolving challenging problems and thinking outside of the box.
- License to drive and an insured vehicle.
- Knowledge of a foreign language a benefit, but not necessary.

The ideal candidate for this position will need to be comfortable at evaluating and finding new and engaging ways to meet programmatic goals.
This is a full time, salary, exempt position. Salary range is $23,000 - $24,000 annually, with benefits. Salary is not negotiable. Candidate must be able to work evening and weekends as needed.
