I understand the value for some to want a furnished place but unless I know who or what the heck has been going on with those included furnishings in the past (bed , couch etc) Id sooner stick to my own couches & bed if you know what I mean. I have my own vehicle so city run transit isn't a priority, but parking is.
I'm a respectful, mature male,38 but I'm not a stick in the mud. Im single now but when the time comes when I do have a girlfriend over I expect my privacy be respected. I may have a beer or 2 one weekend a month , I don't smoke, I go to the gym 2-3 times a week, I live a healthy lifestyle but without fear of cheeseburgers. Kind of a Mamas boy but shes in Ontario. I'm also a landlord of my own rental property in Ontario. I will be attending school very soon most likely in I.T. computer networking and need a place by Dec 1st. Also trying to get on with Calgary Police. Preferred areas would be at or near Canyon Meadows, Mackenzie Town, Evergreen, Shawnassy...or perhaps as far north as the Mount Royal area.
