Our client, a global company has an immediate opening for a dynamic Recruiter who has experience hiring sales personnel


The ideal candidate will have:

3-5 years of dedicated sales and recruitment industry experience along with knowledge of staffing firms and their practices.
Well developed strategic approach for working with potential candidates.
Strong presentation skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate.
Ability to prioritize and accurately complete tasks yet have agility and energy to address unexpected urgent business issues which may develop "on the fly."
Capable of working independently and within a group.
Must have tact, diplomacy and grace under pressure and be able to appropriately conduct themselves when handling highly confidential and sensitive information/issues.

We are looking for a savvy recruitment manager to work in a fast paced environment.
