Staff who enjoy snow, ski and food sampling should only respond to this posting. There is a lot of fun and excitement with working this program, though the great outdoors for long hours is not for everyone.
In a team you will be required to sample food (our clients brand) on the side of a ski hill, during tournaments. This will include distributing samples such as cookies to consumers, restocking finger foods on tables, relaying key messages of the product, and interacting with consumers.

The successful candidate will oversee the overall kitchen operations. Qualifications:

SAS Essential Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Review and understand the scope of work Drive Search Rings to identify and qualify the best available properties for the installation of wireless antenna sites.
Influence and obtain property owners consent on the proposed wireless antenna site installation.
Coordinate with RF Engineering, and Construction personnel to ensure that the selected sites meet the engineering, and construction requirements.
Negotiate leases, easements and ancillary agreements between landlords, property managers and our client.
Request and/or review a Title Report for the approved site candidates.

Review the Site Candidate Package (SCP) for client approval.
Coordinate and attend site walks and site drives with the RF engineer, zoning and construction teams.
Review zoning and coordinate with all stakeholders in case modifications are necessary.
Obtain the landlords or appropriate signatories signature on all required documentation.
Perform a preliminary zoning analysis to indentify permitted use areas, difficult jurisdictions, filing deadlines, approval timeframes, application requirements, zoning codes, zoning maps, and a zoning code summary.
Meet with zoning staff to review the specific zoning requirements and permit process for each site.
Attend pre-application meeting with the zoning staff to review the application prior to submission of the zoning application.
Conduct a pre-hearing meeting to review the zoning hearing exhibits and anticipated testimony from the client, RF engineer, Site Acquisition, and any expert witnesses.
Prepare zoning application, justification letter and related zoning application exhibits, and obtain zoning fee check.
Attend zoning related public hearings and community meetings as required.
Prepare site status reports and scheduling for management and client review and ensure that all documentation is maintained in compliance with company policies.
Negotiate, coordinate and mediate between all parties including landlords, property managers, attorneys and our clients in order to finalize lease documents.
Facilitate communication and coordinate reviews and handoffs with all stakeholders.

Review the Site Candidate Package (SCP) for client approval.
Coordinate and/or attend site walks and site drives with the RF engineer, zoning and construction teams.
Review zoning and construction drawings and coordinate with all stakeholders in case modifications are necessary.
Obtain the landlords or appropriate signatories signature on all required documentation.
Perform a preliminary zoning analysis to indentify permitted use areas, difficult jurisdictions, filing deadlines, approval timeframes, application requirements, zoning codes, zoning maps, and a zoning code summary.
Meet with zoning staff to review the specific zoning requirements and permit process for each site.
Attend pre-application meeting with the zoning staff to review the application prior to submission of the zoning application.
Conduct a pre-hearing meeting to review the zoning hearing exhibits and anticipated testimony from the client, RF engineer, Site Acquisition, and any expert witnesses.
Prepare zoning application, justification letter and related zoning application exhibits, and obtain zoning fee check.
Attend zoning related public hearings and community meetings as required.
Prepare site status reports and scheduling for management and client review and ensure that all documentation is maintained in compliance with company policies.
Negotiate, coordinate and mediate between all parties including landlords, property managers, attorneys and our clients in order to finalize lease documents.
Facilitate communication and coordinate reviews and handoffs with all stakeholders.
