Duties:
- Respond promptly to mechanic's requests for parts and information
- Obtain quotations from local suppliers
- Generate purchase orders to local suppliers
- Place stock orders for parts inventories in timely manner
- Communicate with sales department regarding job needs and status
- Pick and prepare parts for upcoming shop work orders
- Credit parts not used in a particular job back to inventory
- Complete the work order closing process efficiently
Qualifications:
- Ability to coordinate, schedule and forecast
- Familiarity with bills of materials
- Able to read both paper and computerised parts catalogs
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge of principles of inventory control
Parts Journeyman or Apprentice - an asset

Seeking Licensed Forklift Operator with Good Computer Skills (Excel) (Calgary, AB)

Arbonne's Distribution Center in Calgary currently has an opening for a Forklift Driver.
- Must have a current certification for electric rider pallet jack, reach stand up forklift and cherry picker forklift.
- Experience using an inventory based warehouse management system.
- Experience with cycle counting.
- Experience with bar code based transactions using an RF gun.
- Strong inventory control experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Packing: Ensuring customer packages are prepared for delivery through one of our delivery services (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc) using packing paper and taping boxes.
- Quality Control: Making sure orders are accurate in quantity and specific products. Corrects shorted orders by taking all product out of boxes and matches them against the order. Any shorted items are picked from the pick lines. Corrected boxes are scanned to finish processing.
- Shipping/Receiving: Scans the order and gets printed shipping label and places on the boxes. Order then placed on conveyor.
- Stocking: Receives boxes from the conveyor and stocks them in the trucks.
- Product Returns: Receive returned products from customers, decided on what products may be used for resell and which must be discarded. Damaged product processing from the pick line and assembling boxes if needed for product that will be restocked. This position requires the use of a computer for tracking purposes.
Additional Qualifications Include:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Technical/Industry Requirements: All equipment operators must be able to pass the powered equipment training that is provided by Arbonne International.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Prior pick/pack operation experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Behavioral Attributes: Ability to work with a sense of urgency, accuracy, teamwork and cooperation.
- Requires proficiency with computer software programs, including MS Office - Excel.
