Hi. You're going to be ok. You've been wounded badly, and for a long time didn't even know it!

But now you do, and so now you have begun the healing process. You will get discouraged, and you will get down again, and you will feel like it's not worth it/there's no point/etc., and THAT'S OK!!

Keep this foremost in mind - there are a few things that cannot be changed that must be accepted:
- you can't change what's already happened, but YOU CAN stop beating yourself up over it (don't let yourself say anything to you that you don't want someone else to say!)
- you can't change what other people think/say/do, but YOU CAN control what you do/think/say/believe
- you can't change events/circumstances outside of you, but YOU CAN change how much you let that affect you and what emotions you attach to random events

I can email you a little 5 minute focus/meditation thing that can help you destress a bit about what's outside of your control if you like, and I can be here for you to 'talk' to through email when you hit the down spots and need someone.
