Architect/Designer (Falmouth & Martha's Vineyard)

Designer position requires 3-5 years of professional experience. Working alongside the Sr. Project management team, this position provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience and exposure on high visibility projects. Project responsibilities will be scaled to meet demonstrated experience and individual contribution levels. The major emphasis of this role is to actively participate in all phases of development through to the construction process.

Project responsibilities include (but are not limited to) specific project design development tasks such as schematic design, design development, construction documents and design presentation packages. Assignments will include establishing design objectives, project updates based on client feedback and structural and building code compliance.

Candidates must possess the following qualifications: Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited university, with 3- 5 years experience. Strong design and graphic presentation skills required with proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, ability to produce 3-D models manually and digitally, strong verbal/written communication skills, organization and multi-tasking skills, ability to work with clients, generate and read construction documents and a desire to develop a career focus in residential architecture.

Mechanical Designer II (RAYNHAM / MA)

1. The position needed is for a CAD designer
2. Must have experience with:
• Modifying and creating component models
• Creating and modifying detailed drawings
• Creating assembly drawings
• Submitting engineering changes for approval in document management system•
3. Must have experience working closely with the cross functional team to collect requirements, identify critical dimensions, etc.

5. Experienced and fluent with 3D modeling, detailing drawings, GD+T, and tolerance analysis

6. Must work well in dynamic group environment, be self starter, and have the ability to learn new software packages (solidedge)


7. Requirements:


Pro-E experience required
Solidworks experience preferred
