1977 15' Boston Whaler W/ 1977 70 HP Johnson (Harwich) $2000

Hi, I NEED to sell this boat. It has been sitting for two years. The motor is not currently on the boat due to being serviced the summer before last. I just haven't had time for it. Here's the info:
15' Whaler
70 hp johnson motor (just had a new fuel pump and had the carbs cleaned)
trailer i believe is a '99. I have all the paper work/title blah blah
here's the issues:
the motor is not on the boat
the boat has been sitting uncovered so its got some leaves and crap in it..but wouldnt be a problem to do if someone is really interested.
the right tire fell off the old trailer before i owned it so there was some fiberglass work done to the 6"x4" crack/gash (sounds worse then it is but I'm being honest) that was caused by this and it has been completely repaired and has never been an issue.
I took of the hatch to sand it down and never stained it. Also took off the front bench, sanded it and never stained it.


Here's a little bit of history about it:
I bought this boat from my girlfriends uncle who was the second owner of the boat. He told me he bought the boat from a guy who bought it brand new used it for one season and parked it in his garage for 10 years. Her uncle said he rarely used it and probably put about 150 hours on the motor. When I brought the motor to a marine mechanic he told me the engine is in great shape and looks like it has low hours confirming his story. But I'll let you be the judge.
This is a great boat. Very fast and tons of fun on the water. I've only taken it out in pleasent bay twice and long pond in harwich about 5 times.
So again, I NEED to sell this boat. Feel free to give me an offer. Please no tire kickers. I need this gone yesterday. Everyone I talk to says to keep it because it's a great boat and the old ones are the "best". I don't care. I need to sell it.

50'live aboard/sailboat (New Bedford) $1000

Launched in 2004 masts fell in storm in 2007. She comes with sails, Rigging, mast are gone. I have lived aboard all summer and can't find the time to fix her beyond just a houseboat. I lost the mooring so she has to leave the harbor asap. I can deliever to the south shore the engine needs work to run though. She has a huge living area and a lot of deck space. The deck needs some patch work to be water tight so I just covered the damaged area with tarps for the season and that has worked fine.
