Horse Camp (Fieldcrest Farm 744 Palmer ave. Falmouth)

Fieldcrest farm is offering summer camp in April so kids of all ages can get a sneak peek of our summer camp program. The camp teaches children starting at age 6 the basics of horsemanship and riding. They start their day off with barn chores like cleaning stalls and filling water buckets then learn how to pick up horses feet to be cleaned and how to brush the horses. We teach them the parts of a horse and the tack they will be riding in. Each day the students will have a horseback riding lesson for their riding level (from first time riders to getting ready to show). After they ride they learn how to properly clean the tack and put it away. Camp runs rain or shine.

Kids should come in long pants and sneakers or boots and bring a bike helmet if possible. They will be working hard so plenty of water and a snack is a good idea.

April Horse camp (Fieldcrest Farm at 744 Palmer ave. Fal.)

Fieldcrest farm is offering summer camp in April so kids of all ages can get a sneak peek of our summer camp program. The camp teaches children starting at age 6 the basics of horsemanship and riding. They start their day off with barn chores like cleaning stalls and filling water buckets then learn how to pick up horses feet to be cleaned and how to brush the horses. We teach them the parts of a horse and the tack they will be riding in. Each day the students will have a horseback riding lesson for their riding level (from first time riders to getting ready to show). After they ride they learn how to properly clean the tack and put it away.

Kids should come in long pants and sneakers or boots. They will be working hard so plenty of water and a snack is a good idea.
