The HR Generalist looking for a role that provides high visibility and access to senior management and the opportunity to leverage all your human resources training will find it here. As the Senior HR Generalist based in Middleborough, MA, you will assist in the development of our internal human resources function at a critical point in our company's growth. You main mission as our Senior Human Resources Generalist will include involvement in the employee relations, recruitment, wage and salary administration, workforce training & development, workers compensation and safety & health, government regulations and AAP/EEO compliance. You will play a major part in policy and program development, and establishing training initiatives that will ensure our team is equipped to keep pace with the rapid growth planned for company. Your broad HR experience and ability to build consensus among the internal business unit leaders will ensure that you are able to gain broad-based leadership support for your ideas on OD, training, retention, corporate communication, rewards and recognition, and other key areas. With a background in leading change and an understanding of the human dynamics associate with rapid growth, you will bring your expertise as a true "change agent" to help guide an organization through the changes associated with our continual expansion and business growth.
