Duties & Responsibilities
An Energy Efficiency Installer is responsible for providing home weatherization improvements that include:

• Installing blown-in cellulose insulations, fiberglass insulation, home sealing etc.;


Qualifications
Must have prior experience installing insulation. Must be able and willing to maneuver through crawl spaces and basements. Climbing ladders and roofs is an essential part of the position. Able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds. Knowledge and interest in green building is a plus.

We look for candidates with effective written, verbal communication and mathematical skills. Ability to perform duties in a professional and respectful manner. Valid driver’s license is a must.
