Massachusetts Child Support Laws are Corrupt (Everywhere in MA)

My husband is a good man, he supports his children.
He got his pay due to the recession.
His ex wife took him to court, and he still has to pay the remainder. Meanwhile, we have the kids and live in poverty.
Massachusetts is notorious for these inequities...something has to be done.
