Property Management Bookkeeper (Near Monticello NY)

Experienced bookkeeper required for small property management office based outside Monticello NY. Must be proficient in Quick Books. Job will require accounts receivables for rents; accounts payable; calling and writing notices and letters to tenants for rent collection; daily communication with apartment managers and maintenance workers. We are looking for someone who is extremely tenacious, persistent and result driven.

You must have some understanding of rental procedures and be extremely organized to produce reports for Landlord when required. Candidates familiar with rental and legal documentation ie. eviction and petition letters is a plus, as you will be required to work with attorneys and legal counsels from time to time.

Some office management and phone skills required. Remuneration will be based on experience and performance. Currently a part time position but will be heading towards full time employment with right candidate.

Accounts Payable (Kingston)

Accounts Payable help needed for busy electrical wholesaler. Experience helpful but we will train the right person, attention to details a must. Customer service skills necessary as there will be heavy phone contact with our vendors. This a full time position with benefits.
