Primary duties include:
Daily
• Invoice clients –according to the client’s unique terms and specifications
• Make deposits and enter into QuickBooks
• Answer client questions and respond to emails
• Receive invoices from vendors for client-related activities (landing fees, etc.) and enter to ensure that clients are billed accurately
• Match manifests with trip sheets, and enter times into schedule
Monthly
• Prepare and maintain several unique monthly reports as required. As Needed
• Contact clients via phone, email and letters to follow-up on status of unpaid invoices
• Maintain client contract files
• Distribution of letter to clients relating to increases, schedules, etc.
• Assist with office administration (phones, mail, etc.)
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years office experience with 2 years in billing and collections
• Extensive experience using Quickbooks
• Very high attention to detail – our clients have unique billing terms, individually customized to meet their particular needs. The successful candidate will maintain accurate records of the unique billing terms and will need to ensure that the invoices are accurate
