Poker Players

Looking for 5-6 players for a poker tournament at my house ( out side of marion) the tounament will start at 6 pm on Nov 28th. There will be 16-18 people at the tournament BYOB and NO 420. Were not looking for poker pros but some poker expierence would be nice none us are pros but we enjoy laid back people to just have fun. Beast Master Level

When you hit level 10 as a Hunter, you’re going to be pretty excited about getting your first pet, but you’ll also find that you are going to need to start thinking about where you want to spend your Talent points as well! Hunters, like every other class, have three trees where they can put their talent points, and the way that you spend your talent points is going to have a huge effect on the play styles that you can master as well how much damage you put out.

With Hunters, you could do well to spend your points on Survival, Marksmanship, and Beast Mastery, in order to gain the most benefit from you class. Be sure to learn as much as you can about these strippers so that you can know more about how to spend your points on these useful, but different, talents.

It is the Beast Mastery tree which basically ends up helping you create your pet. Since Hunters are able to make use of their pet both for tanking and increasing destruction, you will want to put your earned points in the Beast Mastery tree so you’re guaranteed to be able to use that pet as your tank. If you are one of those Hunters who likes to solo, this is the tree for you.

Now the Marksmanship tree will be the one that will make it possible for you to cause the most damage with the shots you fire, while it also makes it possible for you to conserve the mana as you are doing it. You end up creating more damage with the weapons you’ve chosen to use, and you’ll increase your attack speed overall. If your goal is to be the main damage dealer, then this is the tree you need.

Finally, we have the Survival tree, which gives you great tools when you want to do work with groups. This is where you will get access to better crowd control techniques, and you will also find that your ability to use traps is made more effective and much more impressive. Though it tends to be the least popular tree, you will find that this tree can be extremely important in raid situations.

When you are in a place where you want to play a Hunter, remember that you need to look into how you are planning to play. If you are going to be soloing for the most part, take advantage of buffs for your pet that you can find in Beast Mastery. On the other hand, if you are primarily gearing your Hunter up for raids, ask yourself what kind of role you want to play, as either Marksmanship or Survival can be a great choice.

Have you lost your spouse and you don't have the social outlet you would like? Our Widow & widower group might be something you may be of interested to you.
We gather every month, except for November, for an evening out, or Sunday afternoons in the cold and snowy winter months.
Our outing consists of a very short meeting. A nice meal, (banquet, or buffet style) and a little entertainment.(some great entertainment, and some maybe not quite as good, but fun, non the less). A modest charge of $15.per outing seems to take care of the budget to keep us going.
If our W&W group is something you may be interested in, give us a call for more information or to make arrangements to join us for an evening. We only ask that you be a widow or widower.

Is there anyone else out there that is unemployed that would be interrested in forming A Job Search Support Club?
I envision this as a group of people getting together to provide networking,emotional and encouragement support,job search tips,suggestions,resume help and cover letter assistance,interview preparation and just general conversation to alleviate the stress of looking for a job.
By the way,Iowa Work Force Development is a great resource as is the tremendous FREE workshops at KIrkwood Community College,open to ANY member of the community.If you have the opportunity to work with Douglas Marshall at Iowa Work Force Development,he is terrific. At Kirkwood Morris Pounds and Danielle Ebaugh are great informative resources.
