Serious Guitar Teacher with over 10 years teaching and touring regionally, Performance music major and Jazz improv studies. Styles include Jazz Improvasation, classical. rock, latin, world, and blues. Only serious students who want to further there Guitar skills acoustic or elcetric. Professional Drum Lessons (Cedar Rapids)

Have you or your child ever wanted to learn how to play the drums? Or perhaps you have experience and would like to sharpen your skills up a bit more?

I am a professional private drum set and percussion instructor, and can help you out with whatever the case may be! I am a classicly trained percussionist with a music degree from UNI, but drum set is my primary instrument. I have played in bands or ensembles in virtually every genre, and have a great amount of teaching experience for classical percussion, drum set, and rudimental drumming. Womens Self Defense (Cedar Rapids)

I am offering Personal Womens Self Defense seminars to women ages 14 + in the Cedar Rapids area. I have been training in the martial arts for over 15 years and have experience teaching karate, self-defense and child danger awareness programs for over 5 years. One in Three women will be sexually assaulted in their lifetime. I would like to do my part to to try to lower this statistic. The seminar will include:

Prevention measures
Releases from grabs or holds
Rape prevention techniques
Strikes to do damage and get away fast
Weapons Defense

• I will answer any questions or show any techniques you might want or need. I would like to make this experience informative and fun.

This information could save you or a loved one from being a victim. Many women are assaulted before college age so consider this seminar for your daughters please! Mothers and daughters practicing together are ideal.
I will come to your home in the cedar rapids area or you can come to mine for this personal seminar.
I would like to charge $10 a person or $7 a person for groups of three or more. This is for the time, gas money, equipment, and handout copies. If you really can't afford this let me know and we can work something out.
