Resident Manager (Shadowood Apts.)

I am currently looking for a person or couple with great customer service experience to be a Resident Manager for Shadowood Apts. Your duties include cleaning the buildings once a week, keeping the trash picked up around the grounds, very minor collections, report lease violations to upper management. Your compensation will include a one bedroom apartment on the ground level. You will be responsible for your own electric. We pay for water and trash. Laundry area is available onsite.
