You will be living with just two roommates and each have their own separate rooms. The apartment is unfurnished; however, you will only need to bring furniture for your own room as the existing roommates already have the rest covered. Literally, everything is already here, except for whatever you bring for your bedroom. I know that when I moved in that was a nice and cost-saving perk.

Both of roommates are extremely nice guys. Very relaxed and very polite individuals. It has been a pleasure having their company throughout my residency at University Meadows.

My name is Nicole, I will be starting my fourth year in college when we move in to the apartment. I went to GRCC for two years and I'm now at CMU. I am 20 years old, turning 21 in March 2010. I'm getting an apartment with my best friend Jessica.We are planning on living at Broomfield Village. We are both from Grand Rapids and went to high school together. Jessica is majoring in Interior Design and I'm going for Health Fitness, planning on entering the Physical Therapy Program. I work as a server at Buffalo Wild Wings and Jess is planning on getting a serving job when she transfers in January. We do like to go out but we understand that school comes first. The apartments are on the smaller side but they are very nice! It is a one story building with only about 10 apartments. We are planning on getting a three bedroom. The three bedrooms are all good sizes. When I looked at them each girl had a full size bed, a desk, a large closet, and still lots of extra space. There is one large bathroom with a tub shower. There are cabinets in the mirror and under the sink. The living room is big enough for two couches and possibly a chair with a tv stand. There is a small dining room area that leads into the kitchen. There's a decent about of counter space. It comes with a brand new huge fridge, a dishwasher, and a full sink with a garbage disposal. THe flooring throughout the apartment is new and the walls are mostly white, making the apartment look new and clean. Pricing- The base rent is only $235 a month. We do need to pay gas and electric which will most likely be less than $30 a person per month. It's also a $20 fee per person if we want seperate leases, which we are planning on doing. It doesn't come with internet or cable but I am planning on getting a wireless router for the internet and we can negotiate cable if we want it. It also doesnt come with a washer and dryer but there are plenty of laundry mates in the area. Parking is free and there is no application fee. There is a $125 security deposit. We are getting a nine month lease starting in August of 2010 and ending in May 2011. I've looked at almost every apartment in Mt. Pleasant and this is definetely the nicest one for such a low price. Its an amazing deal!

I'm looking to move out for Spring Semester, and need to find a subleaser. You would have your own lease entirely separate from mine so things would not be messy. My roommate will still reside in a bedroom here, and will need a roommate, he doesn't care if you're a guy or girl. he's very laid-back and pretty much doesn't let anything get to him. $475 includes rent, all utilities, cable, and internet.
