Job Requirements:

• Ideal candidates must have 10+ years experience in construction management on healthcare facility projects and/or programs.


• Domestic experience on United States based healthcare facilities is necessary.


• Experience with construction management processes, means, and methods is required.


• Must be able to manage construction management services while collaborating with internal and external clients.


• Ideal candidates will understand project delivery, time management, and how to deal with unanticipated events and unforeseen conditions.


• Good communication, writing, and computer skills are essential.


• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related degree is required.

cream, and related dairy processes.
Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, AG, or Food Science. Engineer with 4 or more
years of experience. Proven experience in conception process design, PFD's, P&ID

Read/interpret electrical power schematics and blueprints

Mechanical/electrical assembly of various components with some Bus work

Ability to produce quality products conforming to strict guidelines using drawings and sketches
