Need childcare starting Jan. (Clare, MI)

I'm looking for someone dependable who loves babies to take care of my 4-month-old (he'll be 6 by the then) starting in January. The hours would be starting from 10 a.m. or 12 p.m. (not sure yet) till 4 or 5 p.m. when my husband gets home from work. The days would be Tuesday through Friday, though there will probably be many weeks where it will only be Thursday and Friday since my mom takes him most Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I would prefer a sitter who could watch him in my home, but I'm not adverse to taking him to someone's house as long as it's a clean, loving, smoke-free environment and not too far out of my way. I will watch your children in my home. I do not run a daycare nor do I have a license. I am CNA certified so I have first aid and CPR training along with emergency training. I also have two children of my own. Madison is 3 and Lexi is 9 months. I have a large room just for the kids and their play stuff. It has patio door access to a big backyard. I am close to schools and have no problem getting children ready for school or picking them up and dropping them off. I will also provide all food, snacks, and drinks. The only thing that you are required to bring is baby formula and diapers if needed. I am very flexible about payment due dates and all compensation is negotiable. I am looking for in home child care for my three year old daughter and two year old son. My elderly mother stays with me, and is self sufficent, but can't keep up with two toddlers. Its a varying schedule anytime from 7:30am to 8:30pm. Ill know when I need you at least two weeks out, as I match my schedule with my ex husbands. I am an 18 year old female who is in great need of a job! I am confident that I will have all of the characteristics you would want a caregiver for your child to have, and I definitely have the patience! During the summer of 2008 I had a babysitting job that consisted of me watching 3 children (ages 1, 7, and 9) from 7am-6pm every day of the week. My duties ranged anywhere from changing the baby, going outside to play with the kids, and making meals for them. I had to stop watching them because I started back to school in the fall. At home I also have a 3 and 2 year old brother and sister that I have been like a second mother to. I am a student at CMU, so I do have classes, but most days I am out by 12 anyways. If you are interested in having me work for you then we can discuss those times more thouroughly. I have the experience, and I have the time!!
