John Deere 2010 Loader Back-Hoe (Gowen) $6000

The first one with $6,000. cash. takes this work horse that is READY TO GO make some money! This tractor has had the engine rebuilt befor I bought it, I had all the glo plugs replaced ($125each!) Starts right up in the coldest days of winter, New Battery, Shut off Switch Installed, Oh and I put 2 Brand New Back Tireson it! (Ooopps I put them on the wrong feet) Some Hydraulic Lines Replaced, New Muffler & Seat. I need a smaller tractor with a bucket and back blade to maintain my road. I thought a backhoe would do it but it is a bit much. Everything works on this tractor, there is 2 hydraulic lines underneith that I see dripping, probably just one needs replaced. Greenville Trucking will make them up for cheap. I have a spare line for the Hoe, in case one goes out there. I replaced one and had him make another just to have a spare. My Tractor Mecanic said it is worth $7,500. I don't have that much into it so I try to price it to sell to the first one that calls on it. Bulldog and Hydrant Ornaments (Farwell, MI) $250

I have for sale a very nice vintage (real) fire hydrant and Ceramic Bulldog. These would make great lawn ornaments. They are 2 separate pieces. The Fire hydrant is from Traverse City. The bulldog is approximately 18" tall and is the expression on h is face is absolutely adorable. He is missing a small piece of his left back foot, but it does not detract from his charm. No bad habits, picks up on new things very quickly. Would make an excellent Western Pleasure prospect, speed is not this guys strong point. He loves attention, and I just don't have time for the poor guy. I hate to see him going to waste.

Im selling all of my rabbits, They are Lionheads.. I was breeding them but haven't had any babies for a while and i just don't have the time to care for them since im gone all the time..

Smoked Pearl Female- SUPER nice rabbit, Pedigreed. I bought her from a rabbit show at MSU. She has REALLY nice babies, I haven't had any problem selling any of her Kits. She can be handled and is a smaller rabbit.. She's really friendly as long as she has babies but she can be kind of aggressive when she doesn't, She'll just growl at you when you get in her cage but other then that she's a perfect bunny. - 25$

Black Lionhead Male- This is the male that has been bred to the above female, they have AWESOME Kits. ill make you a deal if i can sell these two as a breeder pair. He's a very friendly rabbit, enjoys seeing people and being petted but would rather not be picked up. This is one nice rabbit. 25$

Blue Lionhead Doe- She is the daughter of the Male and Female above, Super nice rabbit.. Smaller. Would make a "really" nice show rabbit, or for 4-H. She needs to be handled more but poses and looks super good. 20$

She's never been bred, and i would rather see her go to a pet home then be used to have babies. 20$ adoption fee too ensure she goes to an awesome home!!
