Warehouse - Merchandise Sorter / Stager (Mount Pleasant)

The primary job of the Warehouse Receiver is to unload truck deliveries and inspect merchandise.

Other responsibilities include:
* Loading and unloading merchandise received at warehouse
* Sorting and staging of all merchandise received in the showroom
* Maintain and distribute large inventories
* Contacts members to pick up merchandise
* Assists members as they pick up their merchandise

Requirements:
* Ability to lift heavy items
* Customer service, organizational, time management and computer skills
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some nights and/or weekend

Journeyman Electrician (Knoxville, TN)

An automotive company in Tennessee is currently looking for qualified Journeyman Electrician's that meet the following requirements.

We are looking for self-motivated assemblers to build and possibly test electromechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies for gas delivery systems. Must have the flexibility to work over-time and weekends. The successful candidate must perform work to assure maximum quality and productivity.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Assembly and testing of water and gas lines
Installation controllers and power supplies
Assembly and installation of Local Power Boxes
Verify all assemblies and sub-assemblies build correctly according to drawing and/or work instructions

1) Has extensive experience programming/repairing Comau Robotics.

Maintenance Supervisor (Big Rapids, MI)

Duties:
The maintenance supervisor is responsible for providing direction and support to a team of mechanics. Main focus is to lead the maintenance team to successfully meet plant and corporate goals. Other duties will include primarily supporting our recent and new expansions. This will be either a 1st or 2nd shift position, as yet to be determined. This role will require some weekend work. Other duties include: • Lead maintenance activities for various product lines• Educate, develop, and motivate a manufacturing maintenance work group to achieve required production results. • Interface daily with mechanics, production team leaders, and operators. • Initiate work requests, methods, operating standards, or training to continuously improve maintenance performance. • Prioritize work requests and scheduled work with the Business Unit Team. • Coordinate tracking and reporting of maintenance data in accordance with objectives and metrics. • Participate in development and implementation of department objectives. • Participate in department maintenance/operations meetings. • Function as technical resource for assigned Business Unit Team. • Lead CI development and ingrain usage in maintenance department. • Audit preventive and corrective maintenance work to ensure quality craftsmanship and effective work completion.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE A FOUR YEAR DEGREE • Prior management or leadership experience in a food manufacturing plant. • Strong computer skills (MS Office). Knowledge of Maximo preferred. • Experience with food packaging equipment. • Demonstrated understanding of world class maintenance methodologies (time based, condition based, predictive). • Experience working with reliability tools and strong troubleshooting skills.Commitment to continuous learning in the areas of maintenance techniques such as TPM, SM and Root-Cause Analysis. • Ability to identify training needs of maintenance team members. • Willing to work a flexible schedule - Some weekend coverage is required.
