Johnson Catalyst electric guitar (Alma, Michigan) $250

The Catalyst has a bolt-on neck of 25.5 inch scale with 24 frets. The neck is maple with a rosewood fretboard with white binding. Apparently the neck was cut on a 20 inch radius which makes it fairly flat. It has sharktooth mother-of-pearl inlay position markers. The body is solid alder with a quilted maple top and my particular guitar is a glossy translucent red. There are two control knobs, tone and volume, and one three way switch. It has a Floyd Rose style whammy system with locking nut, and all the hardware is gold colored. There are two passive humbucking pickups without covers.

The above link leads to the exact model of this amp, a Behringer V-Tone GMX210. I have owned this amp for a little over 2 years. During that time, it has seen light use (usually 2-3 hours per week), and was usually used for solo and some group practice. I have had no problems with this amp and it still works and sounds like new. I'm selling the amp because I bought a new amp and don't need it anymore. The amp has been used to play a few shows (not often, since I usually borrowed a friend's half-stack), and has performed admirably during practice and the few shows that I needed it for. It is loud enough for group practice, can play small- to medium-sized shows, and it can be easily hooked up to a PA system if needed; thanks to the ridiculous amount of inputs/outputs on the back, which also make it really easy to record songs without even having to mic the amp. Just plug directly into the recorder and it sounds great (that's how I recorded some of my solo work).


I'm selling this amp because I want to upgrade. The amp is in good condition and still works like new. This amp is used, though, and does have a few small marks on the frame, but they are purely cosmetic and don't affect the amp's performance. They are only noticeable under close inspection. Aside from that, there is also low static-like sound that is most likely a loose wire somewhere. However, this has only occurred a small number of times in the last half a year or so, and it usually goes away after leaving the amp alone for a little while. It hasn't been enough of a bother to bring the amp in to a professional to fix it, and I don't know anything about electronics so I haven't trusted myself to mess with it.

this is a beautiul acoustic guitar its new and its a sunburst color and very nice sound quality it comes with a hard case, and capo the case is has one little dent in it maybe the size of a dime on the bottom but it has a fender logo at the handle made out of wood its pretty neat ok back to the guitar its a six string of course and it has a few scratches but there only from the pick when i played it there not even noticable untill you put the guitar in the right light the guitar is still very shiny and u can see your reflection perfectly in it its also an electric u can plug it in it has a built in pick up and it sounds good on the amp it has its own tuner so u dont have to buy a tuner i bought it directly from fender but the only reason why i am selling it is cause im very short on money and need some but if i had the money i wouldnt sell the guitar cause its reallt a nice guitar but if your interested or have any qustions plz call 1 989 465 1813 or my cell 1989 339 7854 and ask for andrew or plz leave a message and ill get back with you
