Pacific Parrotlets (Mount Pleasant)

I have 3 Pacific Parrotlets left, the second smallest of the parrots. I have 2 females and 1 male. They are now 10 weeks old. Parrotlets are playful and full of personality. They were hand fed from infancy and are friendly. They can occasionally learn to say one syllable words such as "hi" or "bye", but are also great whistlers and acrobats. I recommend parrotlets to anyone wanting the unique qualities of a parrot without the noise and mess. I have lowered the price from $125 to $75 each for the holidays. These birds are not often found in pet shops, but when they are they sell for around $200. If you have any questions feel free to e-mail me. Help me understand (mt. pleasant)

I am looking for a boston terrier, mastiff, or mix with such, puppy for our family. I know there are some posted on here but the prices are to me, insane. I understand that these are mostly pure bred with papers and wormed and such. However, there are families out there that cannot, especially this time of year, afford 300 and up for a puppy. I am sure there are other people out there much like myself that just want a great family pet. We don't want to breed them or show them and have no reason to have an akc paper. I, personally, just want a great family pet. I currently have 2 dogs that are both very healthy and go to the vet for shots. Both of them are spayed/neutered. Just because we cannot afford the initial 300-600 dollars for a pet does not mean we cannot afford proper vet care or food. I live on 4 acres with a river in the back yard a great place for nice dog. I have 4 children and take my dogs everywhere. I would even consider payment arrangements for the right dog if that is acceptable with anyone.

We have a 2 1/2 year old male Pit Bull, his name is Debo. When Debo was a puppy we couldn't have him at the apartment that we lived in. So we asked a friend to watch him til we found another place where we could have him. I do not know what they did to him over there but, since we got him back he has been very skiddish. He is so insecure he follows my fiance all over the house, and he almost never sits down. He does not do well around other males outside of our other male Duke. I know that comes from him being the dominant male. He is however very great around our daughter, our 2 cats, and our other 2 dogs. He is very very intelligent, he knows speak, sit, shake, and lay down. He loves to play fetch, likes to swim, and he can jump really high. He is a great loving boy, he just needs the right amount of attention and discipline. We were going to get him neutered but we can't afford it right now. We love him so much and do not want to get rid of him but we do not have the time to retrain. I have 2 "bouncing baby boys" that are looking for homes. They are 10 weeks old. These are NOT dwarf rabbits, they get to be 9-12 lbs full grown!! They have the personality of a dog almost and love to be near their people. Rabbits make great pets for any size home from apartment to farms, and can be litter trained. They are good pets for children- however young children can be scratched up if they are allowed to "man handle" them. I really do NOT recommend rabbits as pets to children under 7 if there has not been a rabbit in the house before. We found a Jack Russell the other day in our field so we brought it to our home for the time being. He's a bit older, our guess is around 3 or 4 years old but unknown. He's healthy and a very friendly dog. We believe that he was once abused because he doesn't react very well to being swatted at when he's done something wrong. He's probably a better dog for an older family. We're not asking anything except for a good home.

Tank is about 5 years old. He has been raised with children, small and big. Great with people. Not aggressive towards people at all. Tank isn't a barker either. He is a quiet dog. He does sniff a lot though. Enjoys being outside running around, but also enjoys snuggling up next to the kids. He likes to think he is a lap dog at times and may try to climb in your lap. I found a tame pigeon - is he/she yours? (Ithaca)

I went out to the barn to feed the pigs and there was a pigeon in there that wouldnt leave me alone. It was weird, he wanted to be on my shoulder, all the other barn pigeons were hiding up top. Which leads me to believe that this little guy is someones pet. I brought him in the house and fed and watered him then took him back outside to see if he would fly home. He wont. Hello. I have cats and kittens that desperately need new homes. I've been having a tough pregnancy and am due to be induced in less than 2 weeks and need to get rid of some of these cats/kittens. Here is a description of the various cats/kittens that I have available:

2 - 7 week old white Siamese kittens. One male and one female.
1 - 7 week old black with a little white on tummy male.

2 - 12 week old fluffy mostly black and gray male kittens.
1 - 12 week old fluffy black with white on chest male kitten.
1 - 12 week old gray striped female kitten.

2 - 9 week old female calico kittens. One has lighter calico colors and the other has more black in it.
1 - 9 week old different shades of gray female kitten.

We also have a few adult cats that desperately need homes.

1 - female adult cat that we found and took care of that is missing an eye. She would do good with an older couple without other pets. She has shots.
1 - 7 month old female with beautiful markings.
1 - 1 year old muscular male gray tiger printed cat.
1 - 3 year old beautiful female calico.


Some advantages of adopting a kitten/cat from us:

The kittens are all indoor and the adults are both indoor and outdoors.
