We are a national sale by owner website company. We are looking for a Realtor in your area to place property listings in the MLS. You must be licensed and be an active real estate agent with a Realty company. You must also have permission from your Broker In Charge to work with flat fee listings.

This is a great way to earn easy extra income in addition to your regular real estate business. You can expect:

• Extra supplemental Income

• Sellers sent to your email that are ready to list.

• A great way to meet new people, obtain referrals, get your name out there, and grow your real estate business.

• Acting as a buyers agent for the clients next home once they sell.

• Perhaps modifying the flat fee client to a full service listing over time.

• Having a great lead generation tool to get more business.

We give $100 for basic listings and $200 per listing for very limited representation. Listings are for a 1 year term.
