    Proposal Writer

    We are looking for a Proposal Writer, responsible for providing day-to-day management of the proposal process, which includes the control and supervision of all aspects of the proposal production effort. He/She should have experience in all phases of proposal development including: preparation, revision, submission, gathering input from other departments, internal review and coordination with upper management, contractors etc.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Absorbing the strategy, RFP, RFQ requirements


    • Create, review and edit responses to RFPs, RFIs and RFQs.


    • Collect data to integrate into finished text and graphics.


    • Conceptualize, develop and integrate graphics to convey concepts and proposed solutions.


    • Visualize and conceive opportunities and develop winning bid.


    • Ability to identify strategic partnership to respond to a RFQ.


    • Able to work under intense schedule pressures as and when needed to meet deadlines



    Requirements:

    • should have past experience responding to Federal and State RFI's, RFQ's and RFP's.


    • Experience in contract compliance monitoring and admin methods


    • Evidence of a successful track record of winning proposals. Must be required to submit work samples.


    • Strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing


    • Strong understanding of the state and Federal proposal processes


    • Experience advising agency senior mgmt and government officials is a plus


    • Experience establishing and managing product/service vendor relationships


    • Ability to strategize, research and compile necessary capture data


    • Strong proficiency in MS Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required


    • Self directed and organized


    • Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines


    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills


    • Having a strong rolodex of contact with C level and managerial candidates would be an added plus


    • Highly Motivated and a go getter.
