REWARD! Lost large diamond engagement ring and diamond wedding band (Whitehouse,NJ(Automotive Service Center))

On Tuesday, November 17th, I lost my deceased mother’s engagement ring (tiffany setting; 3K, yellow gold band with white gold or platinum setting for the diamond). In addition, I lost her wedding band with 5 diamonds, and what I would call yellow gold studs in between the stones. I’ve attached a picture of both rings. The one of the engagement ring isn’t the best, but if anyone knows anything about this, please call me (907-231-7227, or cell 201-741-9059), or call the police. I reported the loss to the Readington Township Police Department on 11/18 (908-534-4032). I lost the rings at the Automotive Service Centers on Route 22 East in Whitehouse between about 4 PM and 6 PM.

Thanks so much to all of you who have supported Brandy and Cosmo who are in Salem County, New Jersey. We appreciate every offer of help, cross-post, post on your adoptable site and well-wishes.

Thanks to all the networking, the good news is that Cosmo is safe! He is living in foster care with a loving family and new sister. The family is fostering Cosmo for now--we're hoping he may just become a forever family member!

We're still looking for placement for sweet Brandy! She is 11 years old, not 9 as previously thought--up to date on vaccinations and spayed. Brandy does need a home without children, although children visiting are fine if they know how to treat an older dog. She would do best with no other animals, as she was bonded to Cosmo but was the alpha female.

Let me tell you a little bit about my girl Brandy. She's neutered and 11 yrs old (you'd never know it) and 35lbs

She is a princess. Loves attention but doesn't like to be croweded. Cuddling has to be on her terms which is almost always. She loves sitting with her head resting on your lap while you watch tv and pet her head between her ears.
Her ears love being rubbed.
Loves to be petted for hours if you have the time.

She will let you know when she has to go potty and be ready to let her out when she tells you or you may clean up an accident. She is house broken but occasionally doesn't give much notice that she needs to go. Also if she gets excited like when you first come home she needs to be let out right away.

Brandy had back surgery sometime in 2001 I believe. She jumped off the sofa when the doorbell rang and drug her back legs behind her. She didn't know that her back end was paralyzed. We took her to U of P on the advice of our Vet. She had emergency surgery to repair a herniated disc in her back. She recovered very well but this is what led to her having accidents. As I said she is house broken and she does not like having accidents in the house. Let her out frequently and encourage her to walk around since this helps her to move everything the way it should. She sometimes walks outside while she is going potty.
While she loves to be petted you must remember that her back is sensitve. You can pet gently but if you put to much pressure on her back she will turn her head and flee nip at you to let you know not to do that.

She takes treats from your hand very lady like, very gentle.

Her feet are very sensitive. She will let you dry her feet if she gets them wet (she thinks she's a cat and doesn't like getting wet) but don't think you can clip her nails by yourself.
I have pampered her and on rainy days I would hold an umbrella over her so she wouldn't get wet. I know, a bit much, but I love her and would do anything for her.

She also likes to sleep on something cushy like my bed.

I immediately drove out there only to find that everyone had already left the scene & the police were at my home with my dogs.

Kahlua & Amigo are nearly 20 pounds thinner (although they were quite overweight before so it's not as bad as it sounds) and infested with ticks (although they were/are on "Frontline" so the ticks are dying off) but they are home..."safe & sound"!

Anyone missing a lamb? (Freehold)

Saw a running lamb behind the Freehold Mall at the end of the parking lot (at the end of the woods) by the water/pond. It had unusual coloring; it was brown and white.

Long time missing brown/grey/black striped cat (Hamilton Square/other)

This is a long shot, but I have never given up hope. I was away from home for a little while about 3 years ago and left my cat with family members in Hamilton Square, NJ while I was gone. He escaped one night while I was away and hasn't been seen since.

He is a beautiful, large, grey/brown cat (possibly part bengal) with black stripes/spots and some white (two white "socks" on his hind legs, a white chest, and a white smudge on his nose.) He is very vocal and very intelligent, and was long & tall/shiny/lean, young (about 2 years old) and very healthy at the time he disappeared. He is very talkative and has tons of personality. He's sweet and tolerates being petted, but was never overly affectionate or a lap cat.

I still miss him very much, and nothing would make me happier than to find him. He was lost in Hamilton Square (near Robbinsville/Mercerville/Trenton), but we had a neighbor that used to trap cats in the neighborhood and dump them in other areas, so if that happened he could be anywhere. I am still heartbroken and thoroughly searched for him at the time when I returned home, and I still check found ads for him regularly.

Please, if anyone knows what may have happened to my cat, please respond. Will happily give reward if found. However, if you have found and kept him and can't give him up, I will understand (it's been a long time)....but please just let me know that he is okay. The next best thing to getting him back would be to know that he is in a happy home and being loved.

P.S. The house where he escaped was close to Route 33 & Nottingham Way in Hamilton Square. By now he could be very far away from there however.

gold bangle braclet lost many years ago (Jakinsons beach nj nightclub )

I am still in search of a special braclet my father gave me at my college graduation. It is a gold bangle braclet with a special message inside. My dad gave me very little jewlery in my lifetime. I ran into some people and they suggested i post here. I would love to get it back and would offer a generious reward. Not that the braclet was all that expensive but just what it means to me. I lost it around 1994 and still have hope that if fell into the right hands.

This past weekend my Toshiba Satellite laptop was stolen from a white Pontiac parked in front of 80 Maple Street in Carteret. The laptop is very old and slow but the documents and pictures on there are priceless to me. I have all of my school work on there, writings that took me over three years to compose, pictures of family, etc. If you know the whereabouts of the laptop, please return or at least return the files and documents saved on the desktop.
