There's a mystique surrounding some pre-war and WWII vintage drums. As metal was restricted for drums after America's entry into WWII, some drums and drum dates are hard to come by. Such is the case, with what are known as "Pearl Harbor" snares. A lot of snares come close, but real 41-12 stamped dates are rare. This is a 41-12 stamped-- 6 X 14" Leedy Broadway Parallel, in "beautifully" aged White Pearl. 3rd generation Leedy parallel snare mechanism, with typical deeply plated Leedy nickle hardware and engraved rim. Thus Ludwig trans snares are rare in this color, and rare in this size. This one's a 6 1/2 X 14-- 3 ply mahogany with P-83 strainer, nickle plated WFL hardware-- "and" is a center lug version. Very Nice Baby Grand Piano for Sale (Middlesex, NJ) $6000

I am offering my Hazelton Brothers baby grand piano for sale. I am asking 6000.00 but the price is negotiable for the right person! I've invested over 4 thousand dollars in the mechanical restoration. This piano is in good condition. It has had most of the major mechanical components replaced. The piano has a brand new pin block, new nickel plated pins, new strings, new hammers, new felt for the hammer rests, refinished dampers and new damper pads and new key tops. The black keys were also repainted. The original Hazelton Brothers decal is new also. I found a supplier on the internet who sells new fall board decals for pianos! The piano was also completely stripped and refinished a few years ago and looks very nice. The piano sounds and plays very well. Schedule a time to come over and see and play this fine piano. I think you will be impressed. If you know anything about pianos, you will appreciate the amount of time and money that was spent on restoring this old, classic baby grand piano. Hazelton Brothers was a New York City based piano company. The mainly built pianos for wealthy New Yorkers. Hazelton Brother pianos are not as well knows as say Steinways, Yamahas, Mason & Hamlins, etc., but if you research this piano company on the internet, you will find out that they did build a fine piano. Vintage Guitar and Amp/cab (colonia) $1

Up for gabs is a 1979 Musicman Sabre II, an Acoustic Control Corp 150 amplifier, and a Crate 1x12 guitar cab.

I am the second owner of this 1979 Musicman, it has a butterscotch blonde refinish (done some time ago by the original owner). It is in quite good condition considering its age. I really hate to let this guitar go, it has the most beautiful tone variety, but i find myself a short scale kind of person and want to get myself a mustang. Everything else on the guitar is all original. It's features include: Volume control, active electronics with treble control, bass control, 3-way pickup selector, treble boost switch, and phase selector, along with an adjustable neck tilt. It was just professionally set up with a new set of stings and a fret leveling not too long ago. The guitar has a few minor nicks and dings in it as you would expect of a guitar this age, but nothing that effects the tonality. The action on this baby is AMAZING. i hate to let it go but i need the cash for something a little more fitting to me. Asking price of $800 (they are going on eBay for up to $1500)

Also for grabs is my vintage Acoustic Control Corp 150 (1972-76). This amp has 150 watts of power, and damn is it loud. I couldn't turn it past 4 with out shaking my walls. But not only is it loud it's cleans are superb that are very pedal friendly. Its a generation 2 model putting it in the early to mid 70's and considering age its is great cosmetic condition. The tolex has a few digs and some of the amp feet are damaged (i will include replacement feet that i bought but never got around to putting on). It has 2 channels (each with a low and high input): Chan 1 - bright switch, volume, treble, and bass control. chan 2 - bright switch, volume, treble, bass, reverb, speed, and intensity control. along with a ground reverse switch. Asking price $300 OBO

Lastly is a Crate 1x12 cabinet (GTX-112S). with an 80 watt handling I do not know too much about this cab, as it was given to me from a relative and i never used it much. It is equipped with a 12 inch celestion speaker. In great cosmetic condition beside a very small hole in the grill cloth. Going to best offer.

Gallien Krueger BL 600 (300 watt @ 4ohm) (Central NJ) $200

Currently selling my Gallien Krueger Backline 600 head unit. Original owner. Owned for two years, used for one (my basses were stolen from a gig, leaving me nothing to use the amp with). This amp is just as strong as the day I bought it, and when run through my Ampeg SVT810e cabinet, I easily overpowered the drums and two guitarists, both of which were using Mesa stacks with Double Rectifiers. This amp means business if you're playing any style of metal or anything that requires a powerful grindy punch to cut through the mix. The distortion channel on this head unit adds a tube-esque crunch with low gain.

This amp has no dents and only a few small scuffs from when it was on display at Guitar Center (had the head units stacked 3-high)

I'm only selling this amp so that I can be $200 closer to affording the Ampeg SVT-CL head unit.

1960s Tempro Pro gray oyster pearl snare drum made in Japan (Middlesex County) $35

Excellent minus/very good plus condition. Some relatively minor pitting on the metal hardware...no big deal, looks like it'll clean up great with some effort and 0000 steel wool. Looks very nice overall, I'd give it an 8.5 on a scale of ten. Eight lugs. 14" x 5". Original gray oyster marine pearl wrap. Badge says "Tempro Pro". No country of manufacture marked, almost definitely Japanese. Typical import plywood construction.

The damper and its mounting screws are missing.

Basically functional, but might need some minor attention to be set up properly.

Heads show wear and tape marks on batter head, but no holes and are probably usable.

This is a great piece of equipment. I've used it for band rehearsals when complaining neighbors required my band to listen to each other through headphones. We could play as loud as we wanted, and only we could hear what we were playing.

The S-phone is a versatile single rack space four-channel headphone amplifier, loaded with advanced features that provide tremendous flexibility for monitor and cue mixing. The Master Input features an input level and LED meter to control and display the overall stereo input. Each of S phone's four channels includes three Headphone Outputs with an overall Volume control and individual Level meters. A convenient Stereo Auxiliary input is available on each channel so that individual line signals from direct or buss outputs can be mixed with the main stereo input. The Balance control adjusts the ratio of the Main and Auxiliary signal or the left to right balance (based on the setting of the ST/2CH switch) so that each headphone mix can be further tailored for a particular listener's individual needs ("More Me").

For greater sonic control, S phone also features a 2-band equalizer on each of the four channels. A master Stereo Auxiliary input on the front panel is also supplied for inserting a second signal to all headphones.

Rogue Herringbone 12-string acoustic (Milltown) $100
