Summer swap for Wilmington, NC/Wrightsville Beach? (Wilmington, NC) 1bd

I want to live in Chicago for a few weeks up to 2 months this summer and have a gorgeous property in Wilmington, NC to swap. There is a beautiful ground-floor master suite with an antique full-size/double bed, and a gorgeous tile bath with shower/jacuzzi tub. Kitchen has granite counters and stainless appliances. Dining room had crystal Schonbek chandelier and the home is filled with lovely antiques. Laundry room on ground floor. I want to swap for a similar, upscale property in "downtown" Chicago only. A place with one bedroom will suffice, highrise or other.

My home has garage parking. Across the street there is a Harris Teeter, Blockbuster, Taco Bell, as well as sandwich shops, 3 nightclubs and 4-5 upscale restaurants (French, seafood, steaks) as well as high-end retail boutiques.
