Summer swap for Wilmington, NC/Wrightsville Beach? (Wilmington, NC) 1bd

I want to live in Chicago for a few weeks up to 2 months this summer and have a gorgeous property in Wilmington, NC to swap. I am travelling solo and would prefer to swap with same: male or female adult/professional or possibly a couple. My house is near Wrightsville Beach (2 miles) and 1/2 mile walk to the Intracoastal Waterway and all of its marinas and restaurants. My home is currently on the market, but not much action...

There is a beautiful ground-floor master suite with an antique full-size/double bed, and a gorgeous tile bath with shower/jacuzzi tub. Kitchen has granite counters and stainless appliances. Dining room had crystal Schonbek chandelier and the home is filled with lovely antiques. Laundry room on ground floor. I want to swap for a similar, upscale property in "downtown" Chicago only. A place with one bedroom will suffice, highrise or other.

My home has garage parking. Across the street there is a Harris Teeter, Blockbuster, Taco Bell, as well as sandwich shops, 3 nightclubs and 4-5 upscale restaurants (French, seafood, steaks) as well as high-end retail boutiques. (Lumina Station and Lumina Commons). Walk to everything!!! The TV show One Tree Hill is filmed in Wilmington and Dawsons Creek and many movies have benn filmed here too, since the 1970s... Screen Gems Studios is here in town, and the quaint Wilmington Historic District and Cape Fear River are only 8-9 miles away.

I'd prefer to swap any time June 1st - August 30th, 2010 (one or two months). Please send photos/description of your place...
