I have really been noticing lately how incredibly rude and inconsiderate people are. It's everywhere you go now days. People everywhere have an enormous sense of entitlement and feel the rest of the world owes them something. I just think it really sucks when all people care about is themselves. Something to keep in mind is that you tend to get treated the same way you treat people. So, do something nice for someone today, whether it's a stranger or a loved one, and do it without expecting anything in return, Just do it because that's how you would like to be treated.

First- I grew up in Chicago with all kinds of blacks.
It's a racial issue. It doesn't matter what year it is- racism is alive and it will always be- it's just the way things are. Tolerance is what it takes to make everyone get along and play nice- but racism, it doesn't go away. What is it with blacks? Well, Chicago blacks, the blacks that I feel racist towards, are the blacks that embody everything white people hate about blacks. Down on the south side- it's black, it's poor, it's ghetto, at least one person dies a day and people breed for the free paycheck not out of love or because they want to raise a child. Those are the stereotypes. Now on the contrary- I've got many good black friends back home. There is a substantial difference between the blacks that live on the south side and the blacks that live among the whites. The racism is not so present. It makes sense doesn't it? Surprisingly- for me, most of the blacks I've met here in Colorado Springs are much like the blacks in the white Chicago suburbs. For me I just hate loud stupid people, no matter what race.

These descriptions are stereotypes. If that's the case we could list off 5 questions for EVERY race asking why a specific ethnicity "acts" a certain way. But It doesn't mean that everyone in a specific race behaves in that stereotypical manner.

As for the Music, I never understood why songs are written and sung about what people have...how much of it they have and objectifying women in a demeaning way. But it sells. Not all hip hop is written in that manner...And lets not forget that "blacks" aren't the only race to listen to hip hop.

I was a woman in the opposite circumstances as you the OP.
I was married to a guy who was such an ass and had it so good, he didn't realize how good his life was. I took care of the kids, the yard, the house, the cars. He worked hard and was a really good provider. When he wanted sex in any way I was there and even if i wasn't into it, I went with it until I WAS INTO IT.

It was every businessperson's nightmare.
Arriving at Harv's Metro Car Wash in midtown Wednesday afternoon were two dark-suited IRS agents demanding payment of delinquent taxes. "They were deadly serious, very aggressive, very condescending," says Harv's owner, Aaron Zeff.
The really odd part of this: The letter that was hand-delivered to Zeff's on-site manager showed the amount of money owed to the feds was ... 4 cents.
Inexplicably, penalties and taxes accruing on the debt – stemming from the 2006 tax year – were listed as $202.31, leaving Harv's with an obligation of $202.35.
Zeff, who also owns local parking lots and is the president of the Midtown Business Association, finds the situation a bit comical.
"It's hilarious," he says, "that two people hopped in a car and came down here for just 4 cents. I think (the IRS) may have a problem with priorities."
Now he's trying to figure out how penalties and interest could climb so high on such a small debt. He says he's never been told he owes any taxes or that he's ever incurred any late-payment penalties in the four years he's owned Harv's.
In fact, he provided us with an Oct. 22, 2009, letter from the IRS that states Harv's "has filed all required returns and addressed any balances due."
IRS spokesman Jesse Weller isn't commenting "due to privacy and disclosure laws."
Zeff says he's as offended as much as anything else by what he considers rude behavior by the IRS guys. While at Harv's, he sniffs, "they didn't even get a car wash."

Your property values sinking like rocks aren't going to go up if there are tons of vacancy signs in nearby store fronts. So you have to pay an extra $5 for some tiny little thing! SO WHAT??? If it helps bring in more store fronts, more jobs, it is a tiny price to pay!
Also, I don't see many people calling out the meth labs too much. Yeah, that is a town killer too. Why not form neighborhood watches and investigate meth labs on your own, giving tips to cops? I am sure the one cop that passes by in your neighborhood one time a day, taking 3 seconds to go by the house, isn't going to notice too much suspicious behavior, as you would, being at home for several hours a day. Report it! You can remain anonymous! Not only that, but if the lab isn't busted and someone with kids move in, not knowing and not having that house cleaned up the right way, those children WILL get sick. Is that something you can be okay with? Is a woman moving in next door that is pregnant or gets pregnant, and ends up giving birth to a child with impeded development worth it to you? A child that may grow up with mental deficiencies, and may have to be on some sort of government assistance, sucking up more of those tax dollars, worth it to you?
If someone is strung out, CALL THE COPS! If a meth head is out in the streets, tweaking the fuck out, the cops can arrest them for public intoxication. Public intoxication does not necessarily mean being drunk! In this state, being high in public and disorderly, causing a nuisance, is public intoxication too!
Number Two: You are so sick and tired of "government waste". Well, YOU ELECTED these people! You don't protest outside city hall, but will bitch and moan about it here. Do something about it. Get petitions, organize protests, go to city meetings and SPEAK UP! Take pictures and videos of road side workers not doing their jobs, raise a stink in the papers, DO SOMETHING!!!!! Man up and organize if you are so outraged!
Number Three: There are more people unemployed, there are less people paying taxes, yet you want the SAME services provided by the government. It doesn't work! You want You get the same coming out as going in. he number of foreclosures equals much less taxes being paid into the government, and I don't mean property tax, because the bank has to pay for it, I am talking about the tax added to electricity, water, sewer, gas, etc. along with the sales tax those persons would have had to pay on items they would have purchased living there! Shampoo, soap, deodorant, going out to eat, etc! Someone on here bitched about how he/she was pissed because they are paying an additional $50 for property taxes, yet their property value dropped. That $50 might as well have been 5 cents! That money is barely anything to cover what the several homes in that neighborhood, which are foreclosed upon, would have brought in in sales and utility taxes!
Sure, the Independent spotlighted a few government workers getting outrageous raises, but guess what? The amount of money needed to empty those garbage cans in the parks is going to cost a hell of a lot more then what those raises equal out to. You haver to think number of persons to empty those garbage cans, then you have to think about the amount of what they are going to be paid, the amount of worker's comp that has to be paid, and the amount that the city government puts in their retirement funds. Then, you have to think about the trucks. The gas, repairing, the amount of insurance, and the time needed to clean them out afterwards, as well as the persons in the facility that those trucks go to afterwards, the money that they get paid, the workers' comp, etc., as well as maintaining the facilities that they work in and house the trucks in. Then think about the number of parks here in the Springs, and think about how long it would take to empty all the garbage cans. I am not even going to touch upon the maintenace of the park itself, you figure it out!
The light poles? Lets see you have the amount needed to light the pole, plus you do have a lot of little critters that find their way in those poles and destroy wiring, the lamps, the time and money needed to replace lamps (bulbs), including the cherry pickers needed to go up and change burned out lamps, etc. How many aren't being lit? How much isn't being spent? I highly doubt the few officials who have had some outrageous wage increases can touch the amount of money needed to run the parks and lights!
You call on all of these as "sacrifices", these unnecessary services that are being cut. I say you idiots DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT A REAL SACRIFICE IS! Ask someone who lived through WWII what they had to sacrifice. They'll tell you what they had to live without.

And at some point during they're dine-in experience the women has to go to the ladies room ( I suggest it being called the disgusting whore's room) Once inside the clean and sanitized confines of this room this bitch decides to remove the bloody tampon from her rotten smelling snatch and throw it in the trash can. Then she takes a bloody piss all over the toilet and doesn't even have the decency to flush the toilet. While this is going on, her husband is in the Men's room pissing all over everything that he can. And, believe me this is not an isolated incident, it happens every night. what gives, i am looking for a place and the app. fees are insane, anywhere from $10.00 to $50.00 is this a racket or what? i cant just buy one and show each realtor i am supposed to buy many, what gives and whats the deal with the range in costs? perhaps i should put my place online and make a few bucks!
