Handsome Kitty! (California, MO)

Missouri Foster Cats is a small, individually owned and operated Foster Program for kittens and cats. We work mainly through our local Vet's office, taking in homeless, abanonded, rescued, and abused kittens and cats. We have Vet refernces, and finding our fosters a loving home is very important to us.

I have one 3 year old miniature schnauzer and am in absolute love with her! I have recently decided to adopt another schnauzer breed dog. 5 month old female pitbull mix puppy (como)

Hi. I've got a female pit bull mix puppy that I am trying to find a good home for. She currently lives in the back yard of my fiances mothers house but she is getting to be too much to handle and there is already a 3 year old boxer that lives there too. Since she is the youngest, she has to go. Me and my boyfriend don't want to get rid of her because we have grown a bit attached to her, but we are looking for an apartment right now and my 8 month old puppy is trained and knows how to act in a house, unlike her. Her name is Bella, and she is a total sweetheart. Shes just too rambunctious for my fiances mom and isn't fit to live in a one bedroom apartment right now. She does need quite a bit of training, but she is very smart and will catch on quickly to anything you try to teach her. And she has all her shots (we have her shot records and receipts from the vet to prove it) and she is also fixed (we have these receipts too). It cost us about $120 for her first shots, $40 for her second shots, another $40 for her third round of shots and $60 to get her fixed, which comes to be $240 spent on her to make sure she is healthy. She has been tested for worms also and is worm free. And we paid $100 to get her in the first place. So total, about $340. Me and my fiance have talked about it and would like to have some of that money back, so we are asking $160 for her and if you are willing to pay that much, then we know she will be going to a good home. My fiance and I are major dog lovers, and his mom wants to take her to the humane society to be adopted because of how ornery she has been during her stay here, but we're afraid they'll put her down and we don't want that to happen. We had a young MU student look at her about 2 months ago and she wanted her badly, but she isn't allowed to have pit bulls or even pit bull mixes in the apartment complex she lives in and there was a $300 pet deposit, so she just couldn't afford to have her. I just want her to go to a loving and caring home that will love her and care for her as much as we have. So if you can provide Miss Bella a good, happy home then please let me know. Minature Pinschers (Jeff City)

We have two minature pinschers - one brown, and one black and brown, in need of a good home. "Tank" and "Tater" (named by our children...) are brothers and turned one year old on October 12, 2009. Both dogs are well behaved, good with children and other dogs, potty-trained, and very affectionate. Each dog has his own crate, leash, collar, and toys that we will send with them. Both dogs are up to date on shots. Our family schedule has become extremely busy and we do not have the time these guys deserve. Found Dog (Holts Summit)

He was outside Holts Summit city limits on County Road 4037 close to the Katy Trail. He was very underweight, full of fleas and needed help desperately. The vet thought he may have been on his own for several months judging from his condition. We got rid of the fleas, been feeding him and took him to the vet for a check up. He is in great shape now and very happy. He knows sit and if very intelligent. He's been great with our cats, dog and kids. He's a very affectionate and a super sweet dog. If you are the owner, know the owner or interested in adopting the dog please contact us as we are looking for a good home for him. We plan to take him in for shots and to be fixed soon.

Well, here we have another teen tragedy... Alyssa will have her few moments of public fame, and then be yesterdays news.

If Alyssa wanted to stay in the spotlight a little long, she should have raped Elizabeth and then committed the brutal murder. It would add a little twist, some "spice" and give the reader much more to try and figure out. Plus with Alyssa being a girl, and committing a rape/murder would keep her in the news longer.

This story should not surprise you, I have read many posts, and keeping a 24hr watch on your child is not possible, and if someone wants to get your child they will... It can happen at the mall, the grocery store, a park, a friends house, the community pool, ANYWHERE!

So, Alyssa will have her day in court, which by the way, is the same judicial system that allows registered sex offenders to reside in the same house with a child, once they have served their time. Oh yes, very true!

In fact, the Fort Osage School District a few years ago allowed a registered sex offender to walk your halls, and attend sporting events that were school related! How did this happen? Because nobody stops to ask you if you are a threat!

So, if you think your child won't end up a victim, think again, it will happen. At some point you will let your guard down, and when that happens, someone just might be waiting!!!

"Angel" is an 8 yr old Sulphur-Crested Cockatoo (also known as the "Apartment Cockatoo because of their smaller size). She is about 12 inches from head to tail feathers. She is very affectionate, loyal and loving once she gets to know someone. Angel can talk and says such words as Angel, Good Bye, Nite Nite (at bedtime, when lights are turned out), Hello (when she hears the phone ring), Hi, and she can Wolf Whistle. Angel eats a regular Parrot diet, plus likes fruits, some vegetables, Chicken bones (for the marrow inside) Pizza crusts, and likes to try whatever I happen to be eating. Angel likes as much attention as someone is willing to give her and that is why I need to re-home her, because I don't have the time to spend with her that she needs and wants. Though she is affectionate, she will require an expirenced owner who is knowledgable about Cockatoos and their habits, and someone who had a dominate personality.

The idea I am presenting is that we need all of the men to get together and make a place to work rather than waiting for the pres to put us to work for his healthcare plan or green plants that are supposedly coming. It is bad enough we don't have a job to pay us but it should that mean that our time passes and nothing is accomplished. Myself included have families that to us for solutions. God has blessed us all with pieces of the puzzle if we can come together we can form our own company/business. All that it takes is people willing to work. I am will to work an 80 hour work week. I am sick and tired of being in the list of unemployed and am ready to start my own revolution. I have plenty of tools and knowledge to offer. I need someone to have a shop that I can set up. I would need someone to furnish lumber. We could build or craft, construct or build. There are many things that can be accomplished without someone else paying. If we would gather resources and unite for a common goal then we can rebuild America without them (corperate and government). If they are the ones that made the ginormous mess why in the world are we to think that they will be the ones to help us out. There is strength in numbers and right now the numbers are high. So, you can either roll over and die or do something about it. With or without you I will make it happen. This country was founded by back busting labor. Labor for wages not worthy of mention. Yet they did it. I see a bunch of complacent pushovers taking it in the @$# and asking for more. I am looking for men willing to rebuild this broken down nation. To reclaim our manufacturing plants and to stop outsourcing to a captilist nation that wants nothing more than to dominate us. If the Lord is our God then we need to stand up and be men. The majority of Americans might have sold out to the Walmart way of life, but not I. Old women would rather feed the birds and cats then help our children. Loving Quirky Kitty FREE to Good Barn

We have a young one-year old cat who has a rare mutated Manx gene that has caused her to have a kinked tail. Most cats like this don't live beyond four months, but this little girl has managed to make it all the way to a year and is in practically perfect health. The only problem is that, as a side effect of this mutation, she no longer holds any interest or ability to directing herself to the litter-box when nature calls. As a result we can no longer keep her - we know she can't help it, but it creates a dangerous and unsanitary home environment.

She is a very friendly, loving, and quirky cat and it would break my heart to have to put her down. She is a talker, meowing and chripping all day long at you, and extremely friendly. I'm used to waking up every single day with her sleeping against me and it really will break my heart to find her a new home - but it is either this, soon, or putting her down.

She is updated on all her shots, in good health other than the litter-box issue, and well behaved. She is used to very large dogs, but cautious enough to run if they get too close. She has only been outside once or twice, but I'm sure if she finds a warm, secure barn she'll warm up to it and be quite happy.

Almost completely black with a really amusing kinked tail that bobs behind her every step, stunning green eyes, and a "good-luck" white spot on her tummy.

It'd be the best gift in the world if I could find a good, warm barn for her to cozy up to. She gets along very well with other cats and doesn't have to be boss, so if you have any other cats I'm sure they can work out the hierarchy without too much trouble.

I'm willing to drive her out to where you live ASAP! All I ask is that she can go somewhere where she will be safe and looked after, before I'm forced to put her down. >_<
