Yet they did it. I see a bunch of complacent pushovers taking it in the @$# and asking for more. I am looking for men willing to rebuild this broken down nation. To reclaim our manufacturing plants and to stop outsourcing to a captilist nation that wants nothing more than to dominate us. If the Lord is our God then we need to stand up and be men. The majority of Americans might have sold out to the Walmart way of life, but not I. Old women would rather feed the birds and cats then help our children. My father would rather feed the deer then help my sister turn her utilities back on. We need to pull it together and rise above it. Let me know your thoughts. Ideas you may have. The remedy that this post promotes is a high priced multi-B vitamin with questionable and dangerous additives (e.g. mannitol). B vitamins are very helpful for fibromyalgia (I have this, too), particularly B6 and B12. B6 is dangerous at high levels (50mg and higher/day); it can worsen fibro symptoms, e.g. aching, and potentially cause neurological damage. Friends found out the hard way, and I checked this out with a local neurologist before trying myself; 25 mg is much safer. B12 is available as a sublingual supplement; this is easier to absorb.

High priced vitamins are not always dissolved / absorbed easily. Neither are the bargain ones. Two ways to check on the former: 1. look for the USP symbol on the bottle; 2. put the vitamin in a few ounces of warm water and check it in 30 min. to see how much has dissolved. Some medical conditions, or your other meds, can keep vitamins from being absorbed properly; check with a pharmacist or your health care provider on how this might affect you.

B vitamin supplements are pretty inexpensive and they all work pretty much the same.

Hello , my name is Beth Brown and I am posting this ad because I have an uncle who is like my father , he raised me along with his sister (my mom ) . Well he is 51 and untill 6 mo ago he was full of life , happily married and had been an officer for 26 yrs in Cooper County Mo . Well he had a storke and it has left him paralized from the waist down and well a long story short , his wife became someone we did nt know anymore , she cleaned out his acconuts and just began being mean to him literlly , so he has divorced her and has moved in with my aunt and between my mom and immediate family we all take care of him to keep him from going to a home ,. he just so depressed and we cannot get him into a car or regualr van because obvisouly he cannot bear any weight .

I would love to be able to purchase a wheelchair van for him however I cannot afford it , it would t have to be anything new or fancy just something that we could load him into and take for a ride at least here in town to break up the days for him , as I stated he is such a good person and I have seen him help people all my life , the type that would go out of his way to help if he was needed .

Competitive Volleyball (Columbia MO)

Is there anywhere in Columbia that there is Competitive Volleyball? I am from St. Louis and there they Mens Volleyball, but here in Columbia I only get to play once a week, where it is just decent volleyball. Is there anywhere besides the Mizzou Rec Center ( Bc I dont have a membership and not going to pay $10 for a day pass) that has Competitive Volleyball on a weekly basis or more than once a week basis? I am Not talking about rec sports ether, Competitive and it can be Co ed, I ve seen some women play really well on a guys height net.
